I was having problems with my central air and it was a late Friday afternoon when I found Triple Tech and noticed that it had 24/7 service. The moment I called, Mr. Ballenger answered, and I was able to explain my situation. We set up a time the next morning. He called me when he was on his way and was on time. Clarence did an excellent job when he installed my new central air unit. The price was great, but the service after the sale is the best.
Getting good service after the job was done is a big plus. If you can't get them to come out for small things you don't want them to do your job.

But not Clarence. He came super fast and did an awesome job of getting my Tenant's central air back in tip top running condition in no time.

These guys are who you want! I recently bought a new home. The first year I had my ac and furnace serviced by another company. This year, when I turned on the ac, it just wasn't blowing cold air. I was a bit frazzled because a new unit would be quite the expense. I called triple tech and Clarence was very kind to me on the phone. He was able to come take a look that very same day. Clarence knew his stuff. He's been working HVAC his whole life, and I trust his knowledge undoubtedly. His team was super quick and very professional. And Clarence stayed true to his quote. The insulation I had on a particular pipe was a very worn, so I asked if they could apply some foam. They didn't have any in the work truck, but said they would come back the next day and make it look nice again. True to their word, they came back the very next day. It has been a month since then and my ac is still working like a champ! I highly recommend Triple Tech. Clarence and his team are truly trustworthy and do a fantastic technical job.

When we noticed our hot water heater was leaking, we called, and Clarence was at the house that day. He identified what the problem was and was able to make the repairs the next morning. The service was completed in a timely and professional manner. They will be our go to company for HAVC services going forward.

Triple Tech installed a new AC unit along with a refrigerant line. The line began leaking refrigerant less than a month after it was installed. After several calls, they came out and put a stop leak product and notified me they would return to address leak. That was over 2 weeks ago and I have yet to hear back from them as to when they will return and properly repair new line. I had another company stop by and they concluded the leak was caused by improper brazing (i.e. poor workmanship).

Our AC went out on one of the hottest days last week. I called Triple Tech. They were prompt, professional and very friendly. Clarance and his crew had our AC up and running in almost no time at all. I highly recommend Him for quality, professional work. Great job
