I am using Signature Heating again! After going through an ordeal with home warranty contractor and almost freezing death, I finally found Signature Heating, I called on a Friday at 5:01pm I listened to the recordex message, left my name name and number and hoped for a callback at Saturday. 10 minutes later, my phone rings and it's Art from Signature. In that one call I was educated on a couple of things that I didn't about furnaces. Signature turned to be an authorized dealer who was able to secure the part that the other contractor would have take 4 exta days to. The next afternoon, just one day after I spoke to Art at Signature Heating, he was at my house with the part that I told him that the other contractor said that I needed. He did a second diagnosis of the furniice issue as it turned out to be the computer board and not my inducer. Signature Heating had this part with him as well and installed it.and the part and installed it on the spot. He explained everything he was dong in the process. Art saved us a ton of money! Art, who is also the owner, was extremely professional, great knowledge of the product, engaged us to educate us, quality work, at affordable prices! Signature Heating did what no other Heating company could for in 24 us in a 24 hr turnaround time, Give us heat and peace of mind. We're so impressed with the work and service that we are now signed up for the maintenance package that he has. I recommend Signature Heating and Ac anytime. This company took us from freezing to warm and heated days to come. Thank you again Signature Heating/Art!

Arturo has serviced both mine and my family’s HVAC system for several years now and I can’t say anything but great things about him and his company. He is not only very professional and friendly, but he is very trustworthy. It’s a comforting feeling having a person you trust in your home not only working but giving you honest and realistic answers to questions and concerns you may have. I never felt that Arturo was ever trying to just selling me something that I didn’t need. He gets the job done in a timely manner. I would totally (and do) recommend Signature Heating & Cooling to anyone! Let them service and care for your system going into each season to maintain healthy HVAC, I do!

Art and his team are reliable, trust worthy and honest. They have fixed and replaced my furnace and air conditioner as well as installed a full house filter and humidifier. I highly recommend them.

Been using Signature Heating/Cooling for maybe six years or so now, starting with my old home and now new one I am in now. They've always been very reliable and professional. They installed a new dual zone HVAC system after my wife and I felt some parts of the house were colder/hotter than others. This has improved the airflow in our system and there aren't anymore hot/cold spots. Will definitely keep using them going forward.

Art at Signature heating and Cooling is my go to whenever there is a problem with my furnace, ac unit or thermostat. He installed a whole house humidifier properly and fixed a mistake made by the previous HVAC company, at no additional charge. He is always quick to respond no matter what day of the week and backs up his work. There is no one I’d rather have working on my HVAC equipment. Art does quality work at a fair price, I highly recommend him.

We just had our AC unit replaced by Signature Heating and Cooling. Wow! What a great experience! Working with Art has been nothing short of professional, courteous, and prompt. Art was able to get us a high energy efficient replacement the very next day providing quick cooling relief for the family. Thank you Art for the amazing service!

Art and his crew at Signature Heating and Cooling were fantastic! My house is a LOVELY, 103 years old historic home. Clearly no AC was necessary back then, but that's not the case now. Met with, and discussed replacement of the heating system (which worked well), and the addition of an AC cooling system with several companies. Either the job was too complicated, the price too high, or they were just not available. Not so with Signature! Art came to the house, took notes and pictures, and presented a great selection of options, good pricing and reasonable financing.
The work was completed in 2 days! Truly a thing of Beauty; they addressed EVERY CONCERN, replaced, created and installed EVERYTHING necessary for a wonderful, modern and efficient heating and cooling system! Art and his crew of SIGNATURE HEATING and COOLING are TRULY TOP SHELF and HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Editing my review somewhat. While it remains that Signature Heating did a great job on installing my heating and cooling system, they seem to not be so keen on answering customers questions and needs after the job's been completed. After calling a number of times to get some information from Art, the owner, when he finally returned my call, he informed me that he was too busy to help me with my legitimate concern, and that you'd call me back in a few days. REALLY? That was now months ago! You weren't too busy to get ALL your money for the job UP-FRONT were you? So what? Now as a customer, l don't matter? And while this wasn't their most expensive installation, it certainly wasn't the cheapest. I'm considering adding a system and not using Signature to put it in, even though l know they can do it; nothing personal, just business. But, if this how fully paid customers get treated after the job is done, then...
NO BUENO, DUDE, NO BUENO.

April / 2022 Update.
Signature Heating finally came through and got around to not only doing my first of 2 annual check up on my HVAC system, but also wrote up the necessary docs in order for me to receive auch needed rebate for purchasing a high efficiency cooling system. We seem to be back on track, and l'm pleased that Art took the time to provide me with the good service l expected from him and Signature Heating and Cooling in the first place!

Signature Heating & Cooling was recommended by close friend about 3 years ago. They did all kinds of projects: AC and heat units replacement, maintenance, diagnostics. Art helped to diagnose the issue over the phone at least once, which helped save considerable amount of money. Service is always professional, timely manner and reasonably priced.

I have been a customer for many years. Pricing is comparable with other companies. Advice concerning my home systems is always the truth and trustworthy. There are occasions when I am not able to be present and completely trust Art in my home by himself. I would recommend Superior as the only HVAC company you should use in Lake County IL.

Arturo was super professional and helpful. He came out to get my hot water heater working and ended up servicing my furnace while he was there. Super up front about costs and expectations. He was very transparent, and that was refreshing and unexpected. I highly recommend!!
