We had some build up in our Ac unit that was causing a small leak. In addition to that repair we received our yearly ac and heating maintenance.

Could not be happier with the service. Technician was super friendly and informative. Price was fair as well. I’ll be a yearly customer.

Miller’s Area Heating has installed and maintained our furnaces, air conditioners and electrostatic air filters for over two decades. They are professional and pleasant people, from the office personnel to the men who do the actual work in the home. I like belonging to the Comfort Club because, besides getting a discount, it sets my mind at rest to know that they will be ready to come out and fix any problems that should occur, especially in the frigid winter months. Their price is fair. It certainly is a plus for us that they are right in our town! All in all, Miller is fine service.

(I'll start by saying I'm not related at all to this company--I've just been graced with one of the most common last names on the planet. My review is my own opinion.)

On a Friday, I had a private chimney inspector come out to clean and inspect my fireplace. They told me that my new home was a "$1 sheet of tin foil away from potential carbon monoxide poisoning" because of how the hot water heater was venting out. As a new and first time home owner, naturally, this was really scary news and I frantically called Miller's that day, explaining the situation. The receptionist was quick to get me to Leanna the scheduler. I texted photos to Leanna and she spoke to the owner about my situation. Despite their open house that day and within an hour or two, they had Paul out to take a look at the situation. Luckily, the situation was not quite as severe as the chimney inspector lead on. However, while he was there, I asked Paul for quotes on hot water heaters because ours was 20+ years old and a ticking time bomb--it needed to be replaced and with it, the exhaust needed to be rerouted to not go up into my chimney. Paul was honest and quick to get me quotes on that same Friday. (Bless his heart for being so patient to with all of my questions!!) We went with a power vent option because of how the exhaust needed to vent out. On Monday, Paul, Eric & crew came out first thing in the morning to install the water heater. I'm sure it was a pain to get it into the crawl space, reroute the vent, patch cement, etc.; but I am beyond impressed and grateful for this team. From start to finish, my experience was top notch. Especially as a new home owner, it's so reassuring to find a company that you can trust. When he was here, Eric was kind enough to tell me about Miller's Maintenance agreements too, which I have booked as well. Days after my installation, I received a thank you card from the owner John thanking me for my business. It really is the little things that make the biggest impact! Thank you Miller's Heating & Cooling for everything!!

Just had a whole new HVAC system installed. Holly, our salesperson was attentive and easy to reach if we had questions. The install crew was on time, professional and did great work. They also left literally no mess behind. My family used Miller's in our townhouse and now in our single family home.
They are the perfect combo of mom n pop shop, but with great products (TRANE). HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
