Needed quick help with a small gas leak. They were able to get someone out in less than an hour. Technician was very professional and diagnosed the problem immediately. Everything was explained along the way as far as what the issue was and what needed to be done to fix it. I will definitely not hesitate to call again for future service. Great company.

I'm prefacing this by saying this all took place while I was present, asking quite a few questions, and observing the entirety of the technician's process, without feeling pressured from anything he had offered me.
Shane arrived soon after I had called about a leak in my water heater. He was able to deduce the problem and solve it quickly. He then offered to do an inspection and maintenance on my systems, including furnace, water heater, and AC when weather permitted.
I agreed after he had told me cost and an explanation of the savings for bundling them. His furnace inspection was top quality. From cleaning the dust and doing a wiring inspection, to removing and cleaning burners.
He had found a water pressure problem in a valve for my humidifier. Shane gave me pricing and the ability to fix it then and there. The fix of this led to another problem, which previously wouldn't of been able to be seen.
This second problem was my solenoid which wasn't functioning properly given the water pressure going through. He was able to price me on that and get it replaced as well.
None of the price was hidden, and he had answered all of my questions about his process, and why he was doing everything. I highly recommend Miller's.

Woke up to a 60 degree house, checked the boiler and could not keep the pilot lit, I knew it was the thermocoupler but having no parts store nearby, called Miller's. They answered immediately and were able to get a service tech out within the hour which was outstanding. On arrival, the tech, Joe, was very professional and courteous, he looked at the boiler and confirmed what I thought, he replaced it then educated me on how I could save a bit of money by signing up for the annual maintenance versus straight service call. It made sense, he did a great job and got me back up and running in a short period of time. I will definitely use this company again.

These guys are great! Very friendly and professional. I love that they are a local business and just up the road from where I live! My house is 41 years old and Miller’s has replaced the furnace and the AC and just replaced the water heater that they had originally replaced 12 years ago! lol! I just had Josh come out and do some routine AC maintenance and he told me about the subscription HVAC maintenance program that Miller has. $220.00 for both AC and furnace maintenance!? That’s a bargain! Where do I sign up? Lol! Like most people I only call when something is wrong and I appreciate having a service partner helping me be more proactive about my HVAC. Thanks Miller Heating! 😄

I recently bought an Ecobee 3 Lite during Black Friday sales and we tried installing it ourselves. Unfortunately nothing was labeled on our furnace so we were unable to do it ourselves. We tried hiring a handyman but unfortunately he was unfamiliar with our furnace as well. I work close to Miller’s Heating and decided to reach out to them. What I love about that process was that it was all through email. I am usually busy most of the day and setting time aside for a phone call can be difficult so I loved that email was an option. Other companies I looked up did not give email as an option for communication. I was so happy to find out that email was available for a quote and to set up the appointment. Our technician was also extremely nice and courteous. Unfortunately neither of us got his name down but he was very nice and knowledgeable and quick with the work as well. Explained the process and how things worked with the furnace plus the thermostat. Super quick and easy. I would definitely recommend Millers Area Heating for any of your HVAC needs. Extremely nice and great people!
