The 4 service men were extremely kind and courteous. They did the job in a very professional manner and were very respectful of my 85 year old mother. They installed a new boiler and made sure the entire system was working perfectly. They took the time to teach my mother everything she needed to know on operating it. When they were done everything was cleaned up as if they were never there. Thanks Climate Control Systems.

Best experience ever! I got a few quotes and they came back the least expensive—with the best reviews. They were super professional, courteous, and timely. They were right on time and finished before the time frame I was given! They even called to make sure everything was working properly the next day—I love that. You never hear back after a purchase (especially a big one) but I felt I mattered!

I called this company because I was having an issue with my boiler which heats the floor in my garage. One morning my wife was going to work and her car thermometer said it was 92 degrees. I had the thermostat set at 60. Obviously something wasn't operating correctly. The guy that came over was a real good guy. He checked it out and said everything is working fine.
He left me a bill for $96. He said get a second opinion. I don't feel I should be charged for a repair that didn't happen.

Excellent service. Climate Control Systems, did a wonderful job. Our air conditioner and furnace are original to the house, when we moved in over 30 years and it was time for an upgrade. Gary, the owner, was wonderful and explained everything very clearly that was needing to be done. He was very friendly, honest and the estimate was well detailed so you understood everything that needed to be done. He even gave us prices for only replacing one of the units, and they offer financing if you need it. Gary recommended a furnace and air conditioning system, that is made for our tri-level house in the Square. We ended up replacing our furnace, air conditioner, all the pipes that go to the furnace, as well as a new upgraded high-tech digital thermostat (The Ecobee, which we just love). They even installed a rubber pad under the air conditioner to help with vibration of the unit over time, and the new furnace has a slot on the side to make it easier to replace the filters. No more opening up the machine, to replace them. His team also made sure that other things in our furnace room were up to code with the township, for the chance if we were to ever have to move. I loved that the technician that installed everything, had 2 apprentices with him, and he was very patient with them, explaining and teaching things as they installed. I understand that all of their staff have been with them, for a long time, and that says a lot about the quality of the company that you are dealing with. I highly recommend them. They do excellent work, and are very knowledgeable. We give Gary and his team at Climate Control Systems 5-stars.

Climate Control Systems staff and crews continue to provide excellent service for all our HVAC needs. The new installation was completed in a very timely manner. The installation crew took the time to explain the operation of each piece of equipment as well as basic maintenance requirements. Great job by all.

With no heat on a Saturday morning, I called Climate Control Systems based on their website rankings. To my surprise, Gary McLaren, owner, was my service person. End result was the need for a new furnace where I met Paul, their top tech, and their installation crew, all of whom were very professional and knowledgeable. I highly recommend Climate Control Systems based on my experience!

Recently, we needed to have our furnace inspected and cleaned. Climate Control responded immediately to our call and did an outstanding job. In fact, the Technician was very knowledgeable and answered all of our questions and even suggested a few things we could to do save money on our heating bill. These guys are excellent, and I highly recommend them.

Paul was an amazing help. He was very professional, explained what was going on, laid out the options and helped us make the right choice. My water heater went out and needed to be replaced. Called Climate Control Systems and they came out the same day to see what was needed. The next morning they came and replaced my water heater! The guys did an amazing job! Service does not get any better than this!
