Had a gas leak and Nicor shut off my gas during this cold winter. Had someone out to fix the multiple leaks within 30 minutes. Had my gas turned back on with no leaks detected!! The whole process was quick. Didn’t go too long without heat.

Service was for my Aprilaire humidifier. Ensure proper functioning and install a new evaporation pad? It hadn’t been maintained for awhile! Paul A. These are absolutely amazing folks…HONEST and Unsurpassed INTEGRITY. I live out of state and called to have them go to our townhouse to check our Heater that stopped working. Could have easily said new heater. It turned out to be a blocked line. They were prompt and fair priced. Believe the Awesome reviews. They have a customer for life. Climate control installed my air condition and furnance several years ago. I've also received several scheduled maintenance calls I paid for in advance: one before the start of summer and winter. This is a professional quality. outfit that does reliable work. They are timely, courteous and the customer service e is equally helpful and courteous and professional. I'm more than satisfied with their work and highly recommend them. Their prices are reasonable. A trustworthy company.

Gary (owner) came out to see what we needed, asked for a quote on a new furnace and a/c unit. Received the quote by email asap. The price was good, installers were on time and did a nice job. Whole transaction was smooth, only bump was the first furnace had a dent in the side. They brought out a new unit while the guys were working, all is well. Office personnel were all nice to talk to. New unit is working Great!

I had a great experience with Climate Control! The entire staff for so helpful and kind! All representatives I worked with went above and beyond! I tend to ask lots of questions and they were patient with me! I have used them in the past and they have always responded quickly and were at my house right away! In the past, I have gotten the run around from other companies and have gotten ripped off. I trust Climate Control and wish all companies were as efficient and trust worthy as them!

I can’t say enough good things about this business or their service technician. I reached out this morning to schedule a regular service appointment. Our air conditioning has been running but not cooling very well. I scheduled an appointment for Monday with Megan. She was super nice and offered some trouble shooting ideas to at least try to get our house cooler. A couple hours later she reached out to me saying they had a cancellation and she could send Tim Gill Jr between 2-4pm. That worked for us. Tim arrived shortly after 2pm. Super knowledgeable, professional and just a pleasure to do businesses with. He assessed our issues and answered all of our questions. He fixed our issue and our home is now cool and comfortable. At some point we will need to replace our unit and this is the company we are calling.

Climate Control Systems has been our "go to" company for over thirty years in two different homes. We have, therefore, used a great many of their services, from boiler installation in a 100 year old home to current updated HVAC systems in our present home.
