The technician was great when he came today to fix my AC. He arrived within 2 hours after I called the company. He was professional, showed and explained every step of the way of what he was doing and he identified the issue pretty quickly. He had a part in his truck readily available to be replaced and I had running AC and cool air within less than 2 hours. He did not offer any unnecessary services but provided a quote when I asked him about replacement of the entire unit. The company’s prices are reasonable. The serviceman came through and did an inspection on what he thought would be the most optimal, and efficient way to add AC. The team came out and did a fantastic job.
