Called Crawford Commercial HVAC Inc on Thursday 08/29/19 in regards to an HVAC need. The lady on the phone said she would send someone that night or the next day, that night I heard nothing from them, next day I Called them at 11 AM as I heard nothing from them and they pick up and hung up.

IN SUMMARY: Do not take off work for these guys if you request an appointment as they will blow you off. I wasted a day off WORK for them to come and had no one show up and very unprofessional communication with them. My family, friends and I will never deal with this company again.

I was very pleased with our furnace checkup by this company. The serviceman was punctual, well organized, and very well informed. He taught me various aspects of our humidifier and gave me some few recommendations. At last we are enjoying the warmth from the humidifier. Strongly recommend!!

My air conditioner had not been working well for a while now, and it stopped working yesterday. Eli was the tech who could come out that day. He inspected it and found it in bad shape.
