Our furnace went out and we had no heat, I called Rob last minute and he made sure to see me the same day. He was quick and responsive and was honest with what needed to be done. We needed a new furnace and he said he could make it work the next day due to it being colder and not having heat! Came out when he said he would and Vito and him did amazing work. Couldn’t be happier and will definitely use them again.

And was not used to new unit. They came out right away to assist her to run her unit which was running perfectly fine. But the operator was just not used too.

I can’t say enough good things about E & E. We contacted Rob when our A/C went out. He was prompt, informative, and very helpful. He went above and beyond to try and get us a coil that was out of state. He spent time getting the air to at least kick on to get us through the weekend. He came today and got everything installed. He even spent time going through installing a Nest thermostat to make sure it was setup properly. He was very organized, professional, and did a good job cleaning everything up. Keep up the great work.

We were having a carbon monoxide issue due to a crack in our 30+ year old furnace. We contacted Rob and he was quick to rearrange his schedule to come out to us immediately to check things out. We needed a new furnace and came back the next day to install. Their customer service is honest, fair and overall top notch, you can tell Rob really cares about his customers. He is super responsive with any question we had with our new much more efficient furnace. He also checked multiple times to make sure our house was safe and free of carbon monoxide for our family which I beyond appreciate. I would highly recommend Rob and his company to anyone!

Rob was very responsive once contact immediately coming out to diagnose if humidifier working. He gave me options and costs associated with options allowing me to decide without pressing more expensive options. In fact he recommended different operating procedures and to try same for a couple of days before incurring more costs.

Fabulous experience with Rob. He was assigned to us through our home warranty, and we feel so lucky. He was thorough in his examination of our airflow issues & determined that our furnace needed replaced. His detailed assessment to our HWA resulted in approval for our furnace to be replaced. We ended up also replacing our humidifier (per his suggestion). It’s been a month since the install, and our new system is great! We’re grateful for his prompt response times, kind instructions, and patience answering our questions. Highly recommend this company for HVAC needs!!

I used EE’s Heating and Cooling for the first time and they were great. Rob’s a great person to deal with. As this is my first time dealing with the company, I can’t comment on the longevity of their work yet. But judging from my interaction with Rob, I have no doubt that should anything go wrong, he’ll have no problem rectifying the situation. I highly recommend Rob and EE’s.
