My experience with Tempco was phenomenal. On the day my husband left for a business trip, our heat decided to go out. During the day I didn't notice it too much bc I was out running errands. Nighttime was a different story. After checking everything on the troubleshooting guide, I called Tempco. It was just before midnight and our house was 57°. I was freezing.

Eric G. arrived not long after. He was very professional and knew exactly what to look for. He took the time to explain things to me and even offered tips on how to keep the furnace running properly during winter and summer months. As he stayed to make sure the heat was working again, we struck up a conversation about various things. He was super nice and I was very comfortable having him in our home.

I actually felt bad for dragging him out of bed in the middle of the night in -4° weather, but he assured me it was no problem. Now I am toasty and happy. I highly recommend Tempco and Eric G. Also, the woman who took my call at Tempco was very professional and kind also, but unfortunately I don't remember her name.

Tempco always has their customers best interest in mind with their outstanding customer service and cost conscious alternatives. They take the time to explain and prepare the most effective and efficient HVAC design and provide a superior product, which sets them apart from everyone else in the industry. They are truly a phenomenal company to work with!

Mark is always great. I was happy that he didn't have to come into my house to check the ac. He is always friendly and does a wonderful, professional job.

Another company told me it would cost $2700 minimum to fix my THREE year-old air conditioning unit - and that was with warranty parts. Tempco saved the day and did the job for $350. THANK YOU to Mark & Tempco for being honest, prompt, and fast - you folks are wonderful!

Tech did a great job on coming out and installing the dehumidifier, explaining all the components, maintenance and more. He was also very conscientious of my house and removed his shoes when he came in so as to not track any mud in. Great job, can't say enough good things.

My service tech Mark was on time, did a very nice job checking and servicing the unit in preparation for the upcoming summer season. It is always a pleasure doing business with Tempco Heating and Air Conditioning.
