Was looking for the right people to take care of my parents' needs. Brian and Matt were awesome! They installed a new hvac system. They were friendly and professional all the way through. Had several quotes and companies stop by, went with Leith because they had the best service at the best price. Glad we did.

Professional, courteous, good communication, honest and fair pricing. After checking out my furnace Kristian explained everything and emailed me a detailed report.

I called on Tuesday morning around 8:00. Matt was at my house within the hour.... our furnace was acting up, he made some repairs and it was running again. Unfortunately the furnace didn't listen & died again. I called emergency # because it was after hours. Brian, the owner, was at my house within 15 MINUTES of me calling and helped us!!!! This company truly cares about their clients and they have your best interest at heart. They don't try to sell you anything that you don't need and are so helpful with everything. I am very grateful, as I have a newborn baby at home and they didn't let us go without heat! THANK YOU!!!!!

Called Leith Heating at midnight on a very cold Sunday night when I discovered our furnace was not working. I wanted to see if they could help me get get it going by myself. Brian had me check a few things and determined that it was not a quick fix I could do myself. He came over right away and determined that a part needed to be replaced. He was willing to go obtain the part right then, but I told him we would be fine waiting until morning. He obviously was concerned leaving us without heat, but we had a space heater and electric blankets, so I assured him we would be alright. He was back early the next day and quickly had the furnace up and running.
We purchased our furnace and A/C from Leith Heating & Cooling over 10 years ago and have not needed any repairs until now. I appreciate how quickly they responded both to the initial service call and the return visit for the repair. I also have a yearly service agreement that includes cleaning and checkups of both the furnace and A/C unit - and this contract also gives me priority for service calls with no additional charges for after hour calls. The service agreement is a great price to get the 2 checkups each year - but it also saved me a lot on this repair.
I couldn't be happier on how quick and simple the whole process was start to finish.

Brian Leith and his Team at Leith Heating and Cooling could not have been more Professional. Truly amazing from start to finish. When they first came out Brian talked to me about what needs I was looking for and gave his Professional Opinion on what upgrades should happen. From there scheduling was easy and the techs who came out to do the work were great. Extremely kind and courteous the whole time. Jake was also amazing with the work he did.
