I called late in the evening and got an immediate response. Service was scheduled for the next morning. I was notified prior to the tech's arrival which was within the appointment window. The techs at Leith are always pleasant and polite. They do a VERY thorough job and explain about their findings and their solution to the problem. I would highly recommend this company.

We have worked with Leith Heating and Cooling for about 4 years now. We used them in our first home that was over 100 years old and had a boiler & 2 added, separate A/C systems and are now using them to service our newer 90s home with a single HVAC system. They have been incredibly knowledgeable, responsive, professional and fair in every encounter and have been comfortable working with any system we’ve had. Plus everyone who works for the team is friendly and kind. Brian and his team are my go-to for this type of work - so glad to be a customer of theirs!

We are extremely happy with our new Goodman Furnace and A/C purchase and installation from Leith Heating and Cooling Co. Brian and his team were easy to work with as they presented several options for upgrading our system. Brian is very patient with answering all of your questions and concerns and does an excellent job of explaining in terms that everyone can understand. Scheduling was done effectively by his office team and very flexible based on our needs. The day of installation went smoothly and the installation team was thorough and very clean. An extensive installation checklist and systems test checkout were performed which displayed the utmost pride in the work they performed. I have used Leith a few times now. This last time I used them was a couple weeks ago when our furnace stopped working. It was late Saturday night and the temps were in the single digits. I placed a call to their non-emergency line and was just going to tough it out until Monday.
However, Brian (the owner) called me very early Sunday morning just to make sure I didn't want them to come out and take a look at things. It was already pretty cold in the house, so I readily took him up on the offer.
He was at my house by 8 that same morning, diagnosed the problem, personally went to get the part early Monday morning and had my furnace working before I left to work Monday.
This level of service and dedication to the customer is amazing. I have always been very happy with the knowledgeable and professional service they have provided, now so more than ever. I definitely would recommend them to anyone looking for any heating/cooling needs.

We called due to no heat on a Sunday and our call was returned very quickly. They gave us a window of time to come out, and the communication and arrival time were early in the window. The technician did an excellent job explaining and repairing our heater.

Great company to work with. They explained all my options when my furnace needed replacing. The new unit is so quiet, my laundry room was always freezing, not any more! I am also able to set the thermostat lower even in subzero weather! Amazing! The installers were great! I highly recommend this company for furnace and air conditioning needs!

I don't have issues with my home heating and cooling often. I've been lucky with my HVAC, but of course these machines are not ageless or maintenance-free. When it falters, I've been lucky as well in that I know of a heating and cooling guy I can rely and depend on. Brian Leith at Leith Heating and Cooling has been my heating and cooling guy in my 24 years at Huntley. Leith Heating and Cooling was only Brian on my first call 24 years ago. Now, he has a crew, and all embrace their leader's enthusiasm, friendliness, reliabitliy and professionalism. It's been a comfort to have an HVAC team I can rely on.

We woke up and our heat wasn’t working. Our thermostat was over 10 deg colder than what it was set for, and going down. The outside temp that day was 10 with an even lower wind chill. We called Leith and Matthew came out quickly. He solved the problem and our house started warming up soon after. We wouldn’t hesitate to use them again.
