One of the best investments we’ve made is hiring Leith to perform regular maintenance on our HVAC system (which they installed a few years ago), as it’s a major investment, and we want to sustain it for as long of a life as possible. Leith also installed our air scrubbing system and a Mitsubishi heater for our basement. The latter has saved us a lot in heating bills. The air scrubbing system has made our air so fresh, it’s like breathing the purified air from atop a Swiss mountain!

We have been doing business with Leith Heating and Cooling for about 4 years now and have always experienced a positive outcome with any repairs to our heating or cooling system. They are very respectful of my time and my home and take the time at the end to answer any of my questions regarding the work performed.

I can't say enough about Robert & Carson who installed our new Amana HVAC system. Their work ethic, knowledge about the product and their attention to detail was just outstanding. They explained the functions of our new system in terms easy to understand. My wife and I are very pleased to have Leith Heating & Cooling as our go to company for all our heating and cooling needs.

The technicians at Leith revised some of the ducting for me for a remodel as well as installing a new A/C system, both inside furnace and outside unit. They also rewired my thermostat on their first visit since wires had been cut during demolition. The technicians were prompt, polite, cleaned up afterwards, and most importantly, did a great job! The quoting process was comprehensive with detailed options provided. I would use Leith again in the future for small or big jobs.

Brian and Robert are awesome! We had them come out for a furnace cleaning and they discovered a crack that was causing CO 2 leak. They replaced the furnace that was 25 years old. They were professional, on time and very accommodating. We were so happy we called when we did. If you haven't had your furnace checked yet this year, give them a call. They literally saved us from what could have been a very bad outcome.

We renew our HVAC maintenance contract with Leith every year--good value, good work. Recently Kristian performed excellent service. He showed me where the plastic combs holding my aging filter system was breaking and would eventually need replacing. He researched parts and alternative options for me, and even measured the whole filter unit for me so I could do my own research. Good man!
