    I used Lea Heating for a normal maintenance service check up in my new townhouse. They were able to accommodate an early morning appointment and kept within the time frame quoted. Duane answered my questions politely and gave me good information for future heating/cooling situations. I would use this company again.

    Last night at 1:30am, we awoke to our furnace making whining noises and getting louder by the minute. Lea installed and had serviced our furnace/ac many times and we knew they had 24 hour service. We called, the answering service said they would call us back in 30 minutes and they did, they said a tech would be out within the hour and he was here in 45 minutes. At 3am, with -20 temps Duane was friendly, courteous, and professional. He had a replacement blower motor and parts in the truck, did the necessary repairs, waited to make sure everything was running properly and the house was heating back up by 4am.

    2020 New Year's Eve the heating system at one end of our home stopped operation. We were not freezing inside the house, so I called New Year's Day and left a message for a service call on the January 2. Promptly at 8am 2 Jan, I received a Lea call and an appointment was set. Service was restored in less than an hour.
    Lea has been reliable for the installation and service 2002. Thanks Lea

    21 year old AC quit a month ago during the hottest spell we've had in Illinois for awhile however Lea Heating responded quickly. A month later my 21 year old furnace quit and again Lea Heating responded accordingly. Price included many rebates, service from initial call to completion excellent!     Absolutely amazing experience. From the moment I placed the order for the estimate until the very last second the technicians were in my house. They changed our furnace and air conditioner in 4-5 hours. So professional, clean, punctual and very concerned about doing the best job. Thanks guys!!

    Jeff came out on Sunday for emergency service. He was actually early. He quickly diagnosed a malfunctioning/clogged condensation collection mechanism. Cleaned it out and the system worked fine. No parts to buy, just labor. Jeff explained everything in detail. We will use this company again for all tune ups and service.

    We needed a new furnace for our townhome and Lea came in at a price no one else in our area could meet. Not only were they friendly, courteous, and knowledgeable, the owner took the time to speak to me directly on several occasions, even though there was no actual issue.

    Taking the time to treat every customer like they are a high profile customer is truly what sets Lea above the rest.

    These guys are great, our AC died in the middle of the hot summer and they had a sales rep at our house the next day. Pat went over all of the current rebates and incentives with us to save quite a bit of money and provide a quality system at an affordable price. About four months later, when we went to turn on the furnace for the first time, I recognized that the air in the house was really dry. Lea had a service rep out the next day, found a valve on the humidifier not operating properly, and took care of the problem with no questions asked.

    Terrific experience. Very friendly servicemen to work with - both person who ran the diagnosis as well as the person who did the installation. Furnace installed yesterday. So far, loving it!!

    I am only a little sad to have paid $95 for the diagnosis after I committed to a brand new purchase. I was hoping that service call could be refunded on the basis of that commitment.
