Lea Heating & Air Conditioning

I used Lea Heating Air several years ago for our AC unit replacement. That alone was a good experience. Our furnace was 20 years old this year and we've had problems with it for several years. But, we waited to replace it until it finally quit. And it quit on the coldest night Chicago has seen in 100 years. I called Lea last night. They decided to try and get it replaced fast instead of a repair since I was going to replace anyway. They ended up being here mid morning with a brand new unit on board. They finished a little while ago and all is great. Quick service, courteous installers, very professional, and Mark, the owner, has treated us like Kings the two times he came to give us estimates, for air and for furnace. Very fair pricing. Not the cheapest, but they back it up with good equipment and great service. We appreciate you, Lea Heating and Air Conditioning.

Replacing a furnace and air conditioner is not something that you do very often. We were surprised when we found out the owner was the person we were dealing with. Mike was so helpful and put all our concerns at ease. We knew choosing Lea was the way we wanted to go.

The installers Josh, Jordan and Mark arrived on time and made sure that
the floors, stairs and carpeting were covered. They were very professional. We hardly knew they were here. When the job was finished they went over all the work they had done and answered any questions we had. The installation went smoothly and we definitely will recommend Lea Heating & Air Conditioning to all of our friends and neighbors.

Have been using LEA Heating for many, many years. They have always provided prompt and efficient service. Recently had the fall maintenance performed on my HVAC. A few days later, a strange noise started coming from the furnace.

I called and spoke to Kristin, who quickly made an appointment for me. Within a few minutes of hanging up with her, she called me back and indicated the warranty on my furnace was to expire in a matter of days, so she wanted to change the date of my appointment to ensure that any repair work that may be required would be covered by the warranty! Customer service is rapidly becoming a lost art, but Kristin went way above and beyond to provide the outstanding customer service LEA is known for! Ends up, it was the inducer assembly that needed to be replaced. Had it not been for Kristin, I would now be out more than $1600!

Ten years ago we rehabbed a home we purchased to move into. Lea Heating was the contractor we selected for all our HVAC needs. Little did we know that 10 years later they would come to the rescue on a -10 degree day.
Sergio had a long day prior to coming to our home and within a few moments he knew exactly what was wrong with our furnace. He contact the office and it was agreed that a new lower heat exchange would be required. They sent one tech to the supply house to pick up a new unit and another tech to help with the replacement. Everyone was friendly, worked efficiently, cleaned up and made sure we were warm and toasty. I would highly recommend Lea Heating & Air Conditioning to anyone.

Lea's gave me a great deal on a new furnace in 2009. We have been happy customers since then. They come out twice a year for routine maintenance. Their technicians are always nice and professional. Good people and fair prices..

I have been a customer of Lea Heating & Air Conditioning for about 30 years. I have found them to be extremely honest and knowledgeable about heating and air conditioning systems. They have always been very competitive in their pricing. I have purchased two complete heating and air conditioning systems from them in the past 25 years and have recommended them to family and friends as well, who have also purchased complete systems from them. Their service has always been prompt and reliable. Their warranties have been the best that I've found in the industry. My air conditioner compressor went bad in 2004. Lea came out promptly as it was still under their warranty. The compressor was replaced, with no questions asked, for free! I had my new system installed on February 2, 2018 and it's working perfectly. I highly recommend Lea Heating & Air Conditioning for your heating and air conditioning needs!
