Lea Heating & Air Conditioning

Faced with a significant repair bill, Lea walked me thru my options. Rather than spend money on a 15 year old system I decided to replace the furnace. Dwayne and Mike put together a reasonable quote (actually paid a little less then was quoted). Josh and Andy removed the old system and installed the new one a few days later. They were friendly and courteous and completed the job as scheduled. Put tarps down to protect carpet and left everything neat and clean. This is a great company to do business with and would (and have) recommended them to family and friends. Great service from start to finish! Can I give them 10 stars?

We had a new AC & Furnace installed one month ago; everything is working perfectly from day one. Mike came out initially and gave us a few options that would work with our home, was very helpful and answered all of my questions. Andy and Jordan installed our new AC & Furnace in a single day, amazing job considering we have a very cramped utility closet. Very pleased all around, I highly recommend!

When I needed a company to trust Lea Heating was there for me. I called them when my furnace was having issues and they came out the next day and took care of it for me. They were professional and very reasonably priced. In fact, I trusted them so much that when my father-in-law needed to replace his furnace I referred him to Lea Heating. They took care of him too... what a great company!

Recently had a new furnace, a/c and humidifier installed along with a smart thermostat. Pat came out and took the time to measure and inspect everything the week prior to install to guarantee a perfect fit!
Installers arrived at 8am and instead of making it a two day job stayed till 8pm to get the job finished. Its been 3 months since the install and my equipment has performed flawlessly.

I was very pleased with the service I received from everybody on the Lea team when my furnace suddenly went dead on March 20, 2017. House was very cold and furnace would not run. Scheduler sent Jim, the technician and repair man, to my house within an hour of when I called. He determined that circuit board was fried, and, at 15 years old, best choice might be a new furnace instead of a new $800 circuit board. I was not pressured into anything. I decided to get new furnace. I had a written estimate on the spot, so there were no surprises or hidden charges. Will came to my house 48 hours later and did a very professional removal and installation of new furnace. Will was done in just over 2 hours from start to finish. Patrick followed up to make sure everything was OK. I would have no problem recommending Lea Heating to anybody who wants professional, prompt, fair, and courteous furnace and A/C service.

A rare, professional and yet friendly service provider. Every appointment was on time - imagine that. Answered calls and questions promptly. Provided two accurate estimates for a new furnace, and included information on available discounts and rebates. Got a great new Bryant furnace at a sensible price. I've had them out for both emergency repair (the 33 year old furnace) and installation of the new, and both guys were friendly, thorough, completely professional and appropriate, and also cleaned up afterwards - wow. I was promised a $200 rebate and I received it even earlier than expected. Great experience.

We have been customers of Lea Heating for many year, first in our home in Aurora and now my home in Pingree Grove. They have always been top notch in their work, their product, and their customer service. After my husband's death, I did not hesitate to continue to use them because I trust their work ethic. I knew they would take care of me. Job well done!

My 92-year-old father is a retired heating, air conditioning & refrigeration man. He spent his entire career in the business. He needed a new furnace. If he weren't 92, he literally would have done the job himself. He bought his new furnace from Lea and had Lea install it. I dare say, my dad could well be the toughest customer Lea has ever had. The job is now done and my dad has nothing but the highest praise for Lea. From price, to workmanship/attention to detail, to the professionalism of the installation crew, my dad is delighted - and believe me, that is saying something. Additionally, with so many companies and trades people out there who wouldn't think twice about taking advantage of the elderly, we should all be grateful for the ones who operate ethically and have respect for our senior citizens.
