Stevensons Air Control

Stevenson’s Air Control was hired by my property management company to determine where a leak was originating from in my HVAC equipment. Not only did they never determine the cause of the leak-only hypothesized, they also charged an outrageous amount for time that I was not home. Once the appointment ended and I left for the day, their technician decided he wanted to look at one more thing and left me a message to call him back. Having left for an appointment, I called back when I was able to and informed him I was no longer home but would return soon. I was then charged for the two hours he sat in his truck. When I called to understand the charges and why this person would make that decision without my approval I was met with defensiveness and disregard for the situation. Furthermore, the other companies I hired for second opinions disproved his theory.

Outstanding service, punctuality was great, very polite technicians, very satisfied with the work, fast service I highly recommend Stevenson's Air Control . I will keep using them for future services 😁

Stevensons goes out of their way to please the customer. They do great thorough work at a fair price.

Stevenson's communicates well and are responsive to heating/cooling problems. They understand the customer and work to resolve issues in a timely manner.
