BRC Heating & Cooling

Wow! I was asking in our local FB group for recommendations on an HVAC company. A few people recommended BRC so I decided to give them a call.

I live over an hour away from my mom who was having heating issues and she has a home warranty company that basically told me to find my own contractor.

At first when I called, I was told they’ve never worked with the HW company we’re using but they’d get more information. I figured I probably wouldn’t hear back but a few hours later, I received an update and they called the HW company and figured out the exact process of working with them.

I’m blown away by how helpful BRC has been so far! We haven’t had the tech come out yet/completed the warranty process so I’ll provide a review update as that process moves along but as of right now, I’m very impressed.

Fantastic company, super responsive. I called them for an emergency (no heat on a cold day) and they sent someone out to meet me as soon as I could get home. it was fixed 30 minutes later. Very professional and knowledgeable, gave us great tips on maintenance, etc.
I called again shortly after for a non-emergency issue (wanted a new humidifier installed) and they came out a couple days later and took care of that. Again, great service, clean, professional. I won't call anyone else for my HVAC needs.

BRC is fabulous! I love their customer rewards program. I request Raffit b/c he is so knowledgeable & pleasant to work on our furnace & air-conditioning. Family owned & run businesses are what I prefer to employ.

Great customer service! Family owned business. Had a technician come out to check my furnace. Very knowledgeable, detailed oriented & quality work. Definitely recommend them & will call again - in the future.

I cannot say enough positive about this company. I have never been so satisfied with the knowledge and quality of work that was done. If you need a new furnace and air conditioner don’t hesitate to call BRC.

I called when it was 10 degrees out and my boiler was making some crazy noises. They answered the phone themselves around 7:30am and scheduled a technician to come out the same day. Technician "Rafat" arrived, fixed the problem promptly, showed me what other issues might be coming up over time and didn't charge me a rush fee or an emergency fee or any of that nonsense. It was literally 1/3 the price I was expecting, and he was personable and a pleasure to work with. I also scheduled a future maintenance visit just to be ready and my boiler sounds quiet now!

Yay for a local business hiring local technicians. All of the other advertising shops weren't even in the area, they just branded themselves locally and would hire some subs to do the work. This company IS local.

My mother's AC was running but not cooling; she doesn't complain so it took us awhile to notice it (because of Covid we would visit and meet outside)

I needed to get it fixed ASAP because the heat was climbing to the upper 90s in two days. We were ready to move her to our house (Covid concern too)

I called BRC and they literally held my hand, Melisa and Sheri got me an appointment and kept me posted when the serviceman (Bob) arrived (on time!) Bob was outstanding; he explained everything to me. This is a strange time with Covid 19, you don't want things to go wrong, but I had to write this because yesterday I didn't know what we were going to do and today everything (at least with the AC) good. Thank you BRC and to all essential works. .

They are great. Everyone in the office is fantastic. The techs were great and did an amazing job

Jerry and Bob Berger are the most professional heating and air specialists in the area. They are a local family owned business that I refer to all my clients. Bob is a retired Marine and we always enjoy hearing the positive feedback from our clients after BRC has helped them. They are first class all the way!!!!!!!
