Northern Continental Heating & Cooling offered AND DELIVERED everything I was hoping for when replacing my hvac and hot water tank. Dave gave excellent advice based on his many years of experience in this field. The information he provided and the interest he took in problem solving my situation, made this project much less of a burden for me. His company was qualified to provide incidental services in related fields, thereby eliminating the need to hire separate contractors for other needs. The knowledge, confidence, work ethic and workmanship of Dave and Scott can be trusted in all aspects of the job, from start to finish. The cost was very fair for the services performed and their attention to details. Do not pass up this company if you are in the market for HVAC work!

Our A/C went on the fritz heading into the 4th of July weekend (nice timing, huh???). Despite COVID-19 and a crazy busy time of year, Northern Continental had a technician to us in about an hour. Through the entire experience (we ultimately needed a new unit), they were extremely friendly, knowledgeable, fast, and efficient. Thanks again!!

I have worked with Northern Continental Heating and Cooling on many commercial and residential projects for Scholl Construction. They recently installed a new system in my own completely remodeled home. Dan, in sales, goes above and beyond to explain the systems available and always makes sure your equipment is sized correctly. Scott and his crew are wonderful craftsmen that take pride in their work… even going as far as wiping their finger prints off the duct work when they are finished. The owners, Dave and his wife Cheryl, are knowledgeable and have great customer service. I trusted them with the HVAC in my new home; you can trust them with yours!

Was contacted regarding an offer to have someone come out for routine cleaning, maintenance and checkup of my air conditioned for 89$. Agreed with the representative and set up a time. Waited until 45 minutes after the 1.5 hour time window had elapsed and I'd been waiting for someone to show up to call. I was informed there was no record of the appointment and was asked if I'd like to reschedule. No thanks. Sitting around for over two hours waiting was enough for me.

Have had Northern Continental install a Trane A/C unit in May 2020 that replaced a similar unit they installed in 2003. They also installed a heating boiler in 2013. They have serviced all these units as ell. Would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC units or service. Professional, efficient, and responsive.

I called them up to price check another vendor and Ray was super helpful with helping me to pick the correct tankless water heater and calling Rinnai to verify which unit would be the best for my house. I ended up going with another company only due to timing and availability, otherwise, I would have gone with these guys.

Came out same day to repair air conditioner compressor. All parts on their truck and had it fixed in an hour and at a reasonable price. Hopefully, I will not need service for a long time but if I do I would call them again.

We had an 8 am appointment, Eric was on site at 7:56. He had our issue diagnosed by 8:03 and fixed a half hour later. Can’t say enough great things about the service call, in and out in under an hour. The technician is very proficient/punctual in his craft.

I’ve had Northern Continental do work on my furnace and air conditioner. They are top notch professionals and extremely fair service providers. I don’t typically make reviews but Northern Continental deserves top marks.

Responded very quickly. Prices very reasonable. Staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. Installation and clean-up was done in a very professional manner. AC unit is very quiet. Highly recommend them.
