I highly recommend their service. Dan came to my home, provided a fair quote within 24 hours of contacting them. I had a new furnace installed 3 days later. The crew was prompt and did a great job with the installation.

Mom’s heating system was leaking carbon monoxide. The Cary Fire Department was out there and took readings for her. They were at a level where she needed to have a new system installed soon.
Mom is 88 she may not run any races but still has all her faculties. Mom was advised on what were the better systems to buy and which one’s to stay away from.
The first estimate, he did the scare tactic. Told mom the carbon monoxide level was 10 times higher than what the Fire Department told her (naturally he didn’t know the Fire Department was just there).
The second estimate, I’ll call him the jewelry man. He came in with a less inferior product (the stay away from) and twice the price of Northern Continental.
Dave arrived at my mother’s house and noticed something on the top of the chimney that shouldn’t have been there (Dad was trying to keep the birds out).
Dave got out his ladder and removed the item from the chimney.
Dave had been to Mom’s house before.
Dave came in with a very fair and reasonable estimate for a better system and could install it right away.
I have been a customer of Dave for fifteen years.
Dave is very professional, knowledgeable, fair, HONEST, has exceptional customer service, and very, very reliable!

I’ve been Dave’s customer for 14 years (since 2007). Dave is very professional, fair, honest and very, very reliable. I moved into Cary, and during the winter my furnace stopped working (it was very cold). Dave came out about 9 pm got the furnace going. Well, it went out again during the night. I called Dave about 6 am (I hated doing that) I have 2 dogs and had to get the heat going before I left for work. Dave found a small electronic board way in the back that went bad. He replaced the board and actually got it covered under Trane’s warranty.
I moved out to Sun City-Del Web in Huntley in January 2016. I had a very bad home inspector. I had problems with the furnace. Called Dave, the part for my 2003 furnace was going to be around $450.00. I told Dave I didn’t want to spend the money in an old non-energy efficiency furnace. A few days later Dave and his crew installed a 92% energy efficiency Trane furnace and new A/C. Dave had very reasonable prices for all this new equipment, plus I got rebates back from the utility companies. I really enjoy my new quiet furnace and A/C and my very low ComEd and NiCor bills! I just had my furnace cleaned and checked by Chris their Technician, Chris was very knowledgeable, friendly, courteous and professional. Dave’s staff in the office are wonderful, knowledgeable and friendly. It’s always a pleasure doing business with Dave!

Very professional from the estimate through the cleanup after the installation. They explained what would be involved with the install, ordering the unit, and length of time delivery and installation would take. They were right on target! The technicians were friendly and respectful and the cleanup was thorough. All we have to do now is enjoy our new, quiet A/C! Would highly recommend them!

Highly recommend Northern Continental, because of the highly professionalism involved all the way from the sales man Ray Trimble who oriented me on what ac and furnace was right for us and what needed to be done, to the technicians that helped install everything new since our furnace was original from the mobile home! They did a great job because before they left they made sure we felt comfortable with our new system and made us feel comfortable to ask questions on anything we had concerns about! If I can give a higher rating than a 5 stars I would!

Thanks to Northern Continental for the recent installation of the 2 new heating and AC systems my home required. Dan did a great job explaining the products and took the time to return to my house and provide me not only the quote, but also product brochures on his recommended equipment. I requested quotes from 3 other companies and Dan at Northern Continental was by far the most courteous, knowledgeable and customer oriented of all other company reps from the firms I contacted in the Crystal Lake/McHenry areas. Their product and price was also superior to those offered by these other companies, and were presented to me in a highly professional manner.

Scott and his team did an excellent job on my install. They arrived on time, did the work in a professional manner and cleaned up thoroughly when complete. Scott also was very informative with the details of the operation of my 96% efficient, two-stage furnaces. I was impressed by the way Scott paid attention to the details of the installation, and I truly felt like he completed the installation as if he was in his own home.

When our air conditioning when out we knew we needed a new unit. We called Northern Continental H&C who came out to talk to us and and had a quote for us in a few hours.
A date was scheduled for an installation, as I have bad allergies, sooner was best. Buy Friday we had a new unit and Scot was on time, professional and everything was perfect.

Crystal was great in responding to my wife’s many phone calls regarding service for no heat and then about a replacement furnace. Dave was at our home within two hours of her first call and diagnosed a multiple failure problem quickly!
