My experience with Carroll's Heating and Air Conditioning was top notch. Greg was thorough and honest about the issues my furnace, and provided appropriate solutions. He was great to accommodate my schedule. The install of my garage furnace was well planned and went smoothly. Great service and value. I highly recommend!

Last year they helped me resolve my furnace problem over the phone. That is why I called them first. I have been leaving voice, text, and SMS messages daily (except weekends) to Greg since November 17th. Today is December 5th. I guess if you aren't a current customer, they don't get back to you.

This guy is the real deal! He came out, assessed my problem over a few visits, and came back with a reasonable bid for a replacement part. When he got here, he figured he would try a cheaper fix first. This cheaper fix ended up working, and I only had to pay 1/10 of what I originally thought. He could have just lied to make a quick buck, but he didn't. This is someone you can trust to do a good job and not rip you off. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Our furnace quit working and we needed it fixed quickly because we have young children. Greg came out the same day and fixed the issue. He was very professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. He showed us the cause of the issue and clearly explained how he addressed it. I highly recommend Greg with Carrolls heating and air conditioning.

Greg came out on a Friday night about midnight and fixed our furnace problem. He was on time, professional and very fair with his price. I would recommend Carroll's HVAC to anyone.

Such fantastic service! Greg had a really long day and still came to my house at almost 9:00 pm. I expected to be told I needed a completely new air conditioning unit. He said "nope"! Greg did a great job fixing my air conditioning unit last night. After multiple attempts from another Hvac company, Greg had it fixed in a half an hour. Highly recommend his services.

I called Greg to look over a furnace in a newly purchased house. He worked around my schedule, showed up on time, and was very thorough and knowledgeable. Very nice guy, and his rate is more than fair, I would have been happy to pay double.

Greg came out the same day, in the middle of a heat wave, to get our air conditioning back up and running. He couldn't make it until after dark, but was cheerful, prompt and knowledgeable. And the charge was very reasonable.

Greg was skilled, on budget, on time, friendly, professional, and left the job site cleaner than he found it. He installed an attic fan in our garage to keep it cooler in the summer. It looks and works great! Greg listened well and exceeded our expectations.
