I had an appointment scheduled to look at my a/c to make sure everything was running properly. 2 nights before, I realized my AC hadn't kicked on and actually wasn't working. They came out the day before the scheduled time to check it out! I appreciate the flexibility!

This company is the best! Not only is it the best price in town its customer service is not only friendly and helpful but Serve Tech did a great job fixing my A/C unit. I was very impressed with their communication with me and even more impressed to receive a bill that was half the cost I thought it was going to be to fix a/c. Thanks again Carl's.

Owner is not friendly at all. Workers seem good and know what they are doing, but owner is not a pleasurable guy to talk with do business with. Took a long time to get a call back and the owner wanted to argue and lie.
