Outstanding service. Rich clearly and thoroughly explained what was wrong, what was needed and how he solved our problem. He also explained how we should use the appliance to prevent overloading it thereby prolonging the life of our AC unit. We will hire them again.

Rich was very helpful and friendly. He explained a lot of options and advice for the future and was very knowledgeable. He stayed longer to get the appropriate part and make sure the job was completed today even though it was more involved than originally planned.

Richard did a superb job.Explained everything he did and everything that he thought was priority.Just had a valve changed, recharge and a tuneup. Answered all questions regarding putting in a new system.Would highly recommend.

Jacob kept me informed and was extremely thorough with a complicated AC problem. He was personable, polite, clean and knowledgeable. Not the cheapest company in the county, but one of the best. Will continue hiring them.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS!

I am without heat and these people were to have a technician "call me within 30 minutes" three separate times today (Starting before 12p). NOW they have to call a manager to check on the "status of my request," and now every one of the other options is closed. In good faith I waited for their call, and I am rewarded with no help.

Rich was courteous and knowledgeable. He explained exactly what he was doing to remedy our problem. Too early to tell if problem is resolved, but he left information on call report that indicates the next steps to take if issue is not resolved. Highly recommended.

I'm very happy with the service! They came when they said they would, were courteous, knowledgeable and were able to answer all my questions. The total amount I was quoted was what I paid. I have no problem recommending this company and calling them again.

We were told a technician would call us “in 15-30 minutes” at least 4 different times, and ended up waiting 6+ hours, all to never have anyone come out at all. Now everywhere else is closed. All when it is below freezing outside. Really terrible customer service and irresponsible business practices. Do yourself a favor and call someone else.

The repairman came 10 mins before the scheduled time after calling and was very polite and professional. He went on the roof to check the a/c unit and came back and told me the verdict. Said he is willing to work with me in replacing the unit and that there are financing options. I highly recommend Larkin Heating & Cooling to anyone in need of a heating and cooling company.
