I called to set up a visit for a hvac inspection and routine maintenance visit. The guy on the phone told me they were running a special for $150 that covers everything.

After they tech came out and did his inspection he pulled out his phone and charged me an additional $200.

If you need to trick people into using your service you are absolutely doing something wrong. Just be upfront about the real costs. I probably still would have went with this company if they said it was $350 from the start but the shady business practices leave a bad taste in my mouth.

The technician with Larkin Heating & Cooling was wonderful to have in my home. He called ahead to confirm he was coming, and he was even running ahead of schedule, which was nice. He was very polite and respectful of my home. He worked efficiently, communicated to me some options I had, and was very knowledgeable about his work. He didn't seem bothered by the extra work he had to do in cleaning up after a dust mess created from some previous remodeling we had done. Thank you

A job that was supposed to take all day, got done in less than 5 hours! The company sent out extra workers to get the job done as fast as possible. Thanks to Larkin ! They were extremely professional and friendly. They went above and beyond. After replacing our heating system, they cleaned our vents and provided us with step by step updates as they worked.
