Wow Larkin Heating & Cooling has Been awesome. Rich technicians is amazing he took he's time explaining things in detail and by the time he left my house was nice and cool. He gave me some tips on how to maintain the AC working properly such as filter and setting of the thermostats and much more. He's very knowledgeable. That's what I call great service.

They did a great job navigating for the installation of our kitchen and bathroom fan. The job was not easy and ended up a bigger task than originally discussed. We had them install a new AC and furnace system in our new home. They did a great work, and the price was comparable to other quotes I got. The technician were informative after the installation they explained everything to me. NO NO NO! I am part of a local business and our AC went out mid summer and wanted to find a local place that could help with repairs. We decided to go with this company, when we called they answered promptly and told me there would be a technician from 3 to 7 that day. We were so relieved because we had many clients the following day and needed this done ASAP. 7 PM rolls around......... Noone had come and then I call and they say no technician was assigned to my case and the earliest they may be able to come back was two days later. We are half a mile away..... Needless to say we wasted two business days going through larkin and lost a lot of money and respect for this company!

We are very happy with the prompt response by Larkin Heating & Cooling to our call. They resolved the issue to our satisfaction and at a very reasonable cost. Our AC is working great than is used to at first before the repair. The technician also gave us some tips on how to maximize the use of our AC system and was a very friendly guy!
