Our AC system stopped working properly and the apartment reached 84 degrees following a stretch of hot days. We called KTS heating and AC and were instantly connected with John. John was incredibly professional and knowledgeable. He is very quick to respond and even made it to our home the same day we called. He does a great job communicating — provided us with updates (and even pictures) along the way and shared detailed explanations and advice in resolving the issue. I highly recommend John from KTS. He was very professional, arrived same day and replaced cracked PVC pipe within hours. Pricing was very reasonable!! I’m a realtor and the home is vacant as sellers currently live out of state. They were ecstatic with the level of service KTS provided as our first option was Oasis who were stating they would have to remove the entire furnace to replace the pipe which would of cost sellers substantially more! I've had KTS and specifically John out to our home a few times and he/KTS do great work. He's been timely, provided great customer service (even though I had him waiting a few mins), and got the job done. He came over for a small job and didn't charge. AC went out on Tuesday, May 10th. I called and had another company that we’ve used in the past come out on Thursday and determine it was the evaporator coil needing replaced. It is an expensive repair and so I decided to check around on timing and pricing after doing some research on the internet. I submitted a request for estimates on HomeAdvisor and Yelp, describing the repair needed. KTS reached out to give an estimate, where many others did not or said they were too busy, and I called John on Friday and told him the situation. He gave an estimate in range with what internet suggested for Chicago area and said he could come out Sunday morning. He came out early Sunday morning, verified the problem and replaced the coil efficiently and cleanly. Cost was in line with the estimate he provided. Very happy to have the AC going again and will use them again for any other heating cooling needs.

John at KTS really helped me out. The furnace at my spa went out and my landlords reminded me it was my responsibility to fix the problem. John was super quick to respond and he gave me a better price than the price my landlords hvac company was quoting me. I highly recommend KTS for their expertise and if I could give them more than 5 stars I would! Thanks so much!

Our heat broke and they were here within the hour to fix it. It required a part an hour away that they got and brought back. Excellent service and friendly team. Will definitely be using again for regular maintenance
