A-Team Heating and Air

I don't know that I have enough words to convey how happy I am with this company. They have a ton of experience, are very customer friendly, and most importantly they're honest. Another company came out and told me that I needed a whole new air conditioner so when I went looking for something like that they were able to fix my problem and said I should be able to get by for the next couple years if I wanted to wait to get a new one. It's companies like this that make me believe they're still honest people out there.

It was done very quickly, I was hoping that on the AC unit they would use viper coil cleaner, however just water pressure. Then on the furnace, it was a quick in and out. I used A Team because of Adam, who had done a excellent job of installing the furnace and AC units. Prices for the cleaning have gone up. The expectation should be more work. The person who showed up was professional and did help with the vibration noise on the AC unit; that was very much appreciated.

The Ateam did a good job installing my new furnace, but their follow up on doing the 1 year maintenance has been terrible. I made an appointment with them a month ago, and they didn't show up. Their truck broke down.
Instead of rescheduling, they told me to reschedule. When I tried to reschedule, they told me their truck is still broken.
If you use the ATEAM, be aware that this may happen to you.

The crew was hard working and very polite. The communication was excellent. We were very happy with the AC and furnace that was installed and the price was very fair. Plus, it was all done in one day. I would recommend this company very highly

The team was quick to respond to my call over the weekend and scheduled a Monday visit. Adam quickly fixed the problem without replacing any parts. This is always a good sign for me since I always expect service providers to replace things unnecessarily to pad the bill. I will be using A-Team when it comes time to replace the furnace!

I just purchased a home that has a quirky heating and cooling system, and the previous owners recommended Adam because he knows the system inside and out. I wanted to install Ecobee thermostats and I needed 4 of them to work with my zoned heating.

Adam and team came out to install. They hit an unexpected snag but instead of being rushed to finish to get to their next appointment, they stayed late and made sure that every thermostat was working properly before they left. I appreciated it, as a lot of companies would have said they needed to come back.

Would recommend A-Team for anyone looking for knowledgeable and fair HVAC professionals!

My daughter just bought her first house two hours from dad and mom. When the boiler system didn't act right I didn't have the experience to help her. I called the A-Team and they were there to get it back on line quickly with standard maintenance. Quick call backs, responsive, and reasonable by today's standards. Thanks guys!

Our air conditioning went out on a 90+ degree day. Given the heat wave we’re having, I thought I’d have trouble getting same-day service, but Adam from A-Team Arrived four hours after I first phoned.

Adam was prompt, courteous, and efficient. He explained which repairs were necessary and which could be put off for a while. No sales pitches, which I appreciate. Thirty minutes later he was out the door and our A/C is humming along. Quick, easy, and it cost less than I expected. I also liked getting the text update with his expected arrival. Highly recommend A-Team!

Always professional and easy to work with especially throughout these last past Covid-19 years. Parts and equipment is so hard to get and easy to get discouraged but the A-Team is creative and assist where possible always in a professional manner.
