Outstanding job, couldn't be happier. We needed a complete AC system replacement from a 20+ year old system on discontinued coolant. The Borter team was professional, clean, and did a number of custom fabrications to accommodate my house as part of the quoted price. They ran extended electrical and did some custom outflow metal work to ensure it worked properly.

Borter Heating & Air Conditioning Co was amazing. I found out they were the company that installed the previous furnace before I bought my house. They ended up saving me a ton of money on the new install as none of the duct work needed to be replaced. Their sales rep even brought over space heaters for us to use until the new furnace could be installed. That was such a blessing to us as my house in general was running very cold to begin with. Post the new furnace install our house is toasty warm. I honestly couldn't be happier with their service, how kind and professional they were. I would highly recommend them for your next repair or installation.

We had an amazing experience with Borter, from the estimate to the installation the whole team was great. Very professional and accommodating to our needs. Have only used them once and had a great experience. They were able to send a team over immediately on a very hot day in June! Matt and apprentice John were professional, willing to answer a lot of questions, and did a great job.
They explained everything they were doing and why. That's a big plus in my book!

I've used Borter for 30 years in 2 different homes. They are reliable, professional and truly care about their customers. Their business has grown and changed with the times, without losing their personal touch and customer care. A great family run business. You may find cheaper but the quality of work won't compare to this company. I highly recommend them.

My 88 yr Dad's AC wasn't working properly and temps were in high 80's. I called and was able to do after hrs service call. 1.5 hrs later the technician was there. Easy fix, just a dirty filter. Gave us instructions to melt the ice block it had turned to and next morning we were good to go! Reasonable price and kind to us.

Matt was excellent. It was the second time he has serviced our heating/ac system. Very knowledgeable and helpful....and friendly. We will request him for any further routine or repair needs. We have the original heating and ac system in our home. Matt has demonstrated knowledge of our needed care and repair, reviewing all of our options. We have the utmost confidence in his work and recommendations. He's earned our trust and thanks.

Outstanding service! After being told by another HVAC company that we would either have to replace our AC or pay $1000+ for a repair we reached out to Borter for a second opinion. Joe was exceptionally kind, professional, and had a tech out quickly.

Our technician Karol was incredibly knowledgeable and was able to
quickly diagnose our issue and explain in detail what was wrong with our system (not what the other company had said) and gave us advice on how to avoid some of the issues in the future. Within an hour of him being there our AC was up and running and the repair was simple and less than half of what the previous company had quoted us.

Brett (estimator) was also able to give us a quote for a whole new system to replace our 30 year old system along with options and detailed explanations of the specs along with giving us a credit for the repair to use towards a new system. It is rare to find a company that is professional, honest, and does quality work, Brett and Joe run an exceptional company. We will definitely be using Borter for any future HVAC needs.

Everything was seamless from start to finish. Called to get an estimate on replacement, came out at our convenience and gave us a fair an honest assessment. Never hassled us in the 2 weeks it took us to make our decision. When we contacted them to complete the work they were out that week and the job was done in 2 days on an 80 year old, very out of code house.

The guys that came and did the work were super skilled, courteous, and answered any questions we had along the way. Additionally our two young children were very curious about everything and the gentleman never once seemed irritated or blew them off which was a nice gesture on their part as well. The cleaned up and put everything back the exact way it was.

Our estimator filled out all the necessary paperwork for the rebates and we received an email confirmation the first day work started. Also we’re lucky enough to have this going on during earth day which comes gives a discount for, who knew?

Long and the short is a great family owned company that prides themselves on their honesty and work ethic. Would highly recommend.
