Great experience! installed a new HVAC system in less than 24 hours. Condo is the third floor of a 3-flat in Lakeview (Chicago) so not an easy job. Will definitely be recommending to others!!

Had Gray's Mechanical install a new furnace and air conditioner. We would give 10 stars if we could. They were professional, clean, and informative. It is rare to find a company that's shows up on time and perform top notch quality work but Gray's Mechanical did just that. Highly recommend anyone that has HVAC needs to go with them if they want the job done right by the best in the business.

Our furnace was having troubles and only moving cold air. I was able to make a call and have a tech out same day on a Sunday to solve our issues. Anthony was very helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciate the quick service and would gladly use them again.

Adding a bit of description to this rating since it's middling. These guys could be great one-on-one, but there were issues when they offered a bulk service option for all units in my building. They (or the property manager) did not schedule times, so they showed up at a random time that was in the middle of a work meeting for me. I let the tech in and he told me some things needed to be fixed, but told the tech I couldn't decide on several hundred worth of work when I was on a work call. While I provided my contact information for them to follow up, they never did. When my furnace did fail and I reached out, the owner was unhelpful. He stated that I'd declined service and never followed up with an estimate of repair costs or even the list of items needing to be repaired, despite the fact that I'd already paid at least for that list on getting service from them.
