A+ for the entire crew at Gray's mechanical. Spoke with Dan over the phone and his tech was out the same day. Decided to replace our furnace as the old one had a good life at 26 years. Their quote was insanely competitive compared to the others we received. The crew was out first thing the next day and the new unit installed without hiccup. Everyone we interacted with during the process was professional, courteous, knowledgeable. Definitely a customer for life as long as I'm in the area. Dan Gray is the man! Came out on super short notice to fix my AC when I was in a pinch.

Facing 90+ degrees the next 3 days and my AC not working would have been terrible for me, my wife, and my pets. Dan dropped everything and was here within 30 minutes. The problem is already fixed and the price was more than fair. Would 100% recommend to anyone in need.

Very happy with service. Air conditioner is working perfectly .told us it was better to go with new unit so we have a ten yearwarranty then just fixing it for a couple hundred dollars more . Love how honest Dan was . !!!

I called Grays on a Sunday and received a call back immediately. Dan the owner asked what was wrong and I told him my furnace was not working! He told me his guy was on a call and that hes "on it." I would receive a call back shortly. 30 minutes later I receive a call and the gentleman tells me he will be here in an hour and he would call me while he is 10 minutes away. And that is exactly what happened. I learned that the previous owner used telephone wire to write the thermostat to the furnace!! Within 30 minutes my furnace was working and now I'm waiting for my nest to come in so I can call Grays to come back to install it and get rid of the telephone wire!! Oh the kicker.....I find out that the owner is in Mexico and he still called me back!!! From vacation!! Who does that?!?! Grays Does!!
