I had a leaking water heater that needed to be replaced. I called, and they had someone at my house just a few hours later. He was professional and did a great job installing the new water heater. I knew a new water heater would be expensive, but it wasn’t as bad as I expected, especially compared to friends’ experience with other companies. I would definitely recommend Beloman!

We have been having James with Beloman come to our house for maintenance for a couple of years now. He always does a quality job and has been so helpful explaining things and helping us understand the details when making decisions. We look forward to seeing him each time and trust the service and advice he provides. We are still happy beloman customers and will continue to be.

John was a great technician. He got our routine maintenance done quickly and efficiently, and he even took time to share some tips and to show me some details of my AC unit. I also had furnace routine maintenance done in the fall by a different technician and both were very professional and courteous. I would recommend BELOMAN for your heating and cooling needs.

They were having problems with complex jobs so they sent another service man he had no filters for the furnace. He used my filters and said he would return replacements to me them in my breezeway. I was just grateful they got to me. I just want the filters replaced. They have done other repairs for me. Very reliable.

Ordering the water heater replacement for the old model number was easy and all questions were answered. They did not waste time with an appointment before the installation appointment like others and the quote matched invoice. The plumber Colby H. did an excellent job including reworking gas line and exhaust pvc so the new placement would be easier to access during maintenance and changed location of expansion tank so it was supported properly. Changes were included with install quoted before install. I highly recommend Beloman, and plumber Colby H.

John installed a Honeywell VisionPro (wireless) thermostat in my 1950's house. John arrived within the window mentioned by dispatch. He was very pleasant and insisted on wearing (disposable) plastic booties which he put on and took off whenever he went out to his truck. John was very knowledgeable about HVAC thermostats and took the time to indicate in the owner's manual which wires were used for which connections - especially useful inasmuch as we decided to use existing wires to draw power from the furnace and to control the whole house humidifier. He cleaned up after his work. The Honeywell VisionPro was not the most inexpensive choice but left options open for the future with respect to multi-zone heating and cooling as well as internet control and outside temperature sensing. The first photo is the thermostat and the second photo is the control module mounted on the furnace. I highly recommend John and Beloman. Had Ken Huelle out during June 2020. He was on time, prepared, and unclothed our toilet (don't ask) in timely fashion. We recommend Ken from Beloman (plumbing) as well.

We are always satisfied when we use Belo. We have had Andy for repairs with the last two visits and he is extremely professional and fixed our problems quickly. We are very happy and would not hesitate to call on them again for any issues.
