I would recommend Beloman for the HVAC system and customer care but not for anything plumbing related. You’re better off somewhere else

The receptionists are extremely friendly. My furnace repair was absolutely amazing! The tech was kind and knowledgeable. They didn’t pressure me into buying a new unit which I really loved. I will use them when I replace both the furnace and A/C in the next year or so. I can’t say enough good things about this service!

The reason for the 3 star review is the plumbing side stinks. The technician charged me for 2 hours of work but was only at my residence for an hour and a half. My tenants were supposed to move in Thursday. The technician came back and said that it would be 3 hours of work and that he could come back Friday. Minor inconvenience on my end to move my tenants so I called another company. They came out and weren’t going to be able to fix it until the following week. They did notice that the toilet was running non-stop and they turned the valve off for me. How the Beloman plumber was there for an hour and a half and didn’t notice it is beyond me. I scheduled the original technician for the Friday slot. I received a call this morning (Friday) that the technician had to cancel. I know things happen, however all of this at once is kind of ridiculous. Also if I never would have called the other company, the toilet would have been running nonstop for NINE DAYS.

Spring cleaning and prep for the summer season. Very thorough and I was walked through everything that was done. Justin shared the ‘Why’s’ on all that he did. Took the time to answer all my questions. Very personable. My outside unit was thoroughly cleaned and inspected. Temperature readings verified AC was cooling correctly. Mentioned a possible fan motor issue and obtained replacement hardware and labor costs. Fan hardware is still under warranty. Decided to wait on replacement at this time. Overall: Excellent service value for the cost.

Came out in sub zero temperatures following the winter storm to replace a failing pressure switch on our furnace the day before Christmas Eve. I cannot imagine how horrible it would be not having heat in these temperatures. They squeezed us into what I’m sure was a busy schedule and made sure we were good to go for Christmas - without worrying whether the furnace would kick back on again after every cycle. Thank you very much! Wonderful, professional service.

Purchased BRAND NEW Hvac and AC unit August 2020...now my air does not work at all. Called today and was told it will be $60 bucks to come out! On top of labor fee's! I'm sorry...a new install...not 3yrs later and it doesn't work is unacceptable! I wish we done more research ..beware.

Val is a great plumber and can think outside of the box to fix complicated problems. This is the second time he preformed service at my house to my very greatly appreciated satisfaction.

Service man arrived promptly at 8:00am, and wasted no time assessing the situation and making the needed repairs. He discussed my options with me openly and i felt like i could trust him. Repair was done in two hours and the bill was better than expected.

Andy was service technician. He was very nice and professional at the same time. He came right at 2 o’clock as scheduled.

We have now used Belo 3 times. First two were for water heater installs at our rental property and our own home. Today we had Andy out to fix a cracked water line. He was beyond professional and fixed our issue quickly. I highly recommend using Belo and if you can, have Andy come out for your job. A+++
