Colby H. from Beloman came back today to reconnect all the plumbing he completed a few weeks ago when his thoroughness detected a small hole in our new kitchen sink purchased from RSI. Colby's thoroughness again today was on display and much appreciated as he detected that the garbage disposal was not working after reconnecting all the plumbing. Colby learned that one of the wires inside had came loose during the installation of the replacement sine the previous day. Colby fixed the loose wire and ensured the garbage disposal worked properly before leaving, along with checking the newly installed faucet and reconnection of the dishwasher that was switched to the other side of the sink/drain. Colby was very professional and polite. Thank YOU, Colby and Beloman for providing such excellent service.

I had my cooling inspection, Scott was on time. He checked and cleaned the cooling system and changed the filter. All was good this visit. I can always count on Bel-O to provide great service.

I asked our son to turn on the AC in our home so it would be cool when we arrived. He said it wasn't working so I went on-line and scheduled an appointment for the day after we would be home. The technician arrived in the time frame he was scheduled, with the part he needed and the problem was resolved in the first visit. I have used Beloman previously for furnace ignition issues with the same result, they arrive with the parts needed and resolve the issue the first time. I will always call them when I have any issues.

Technicians are always friendly and knowledgeable. They always make sure to clean up after service and take the time not to track any dirt/snow/etc into the house. They installed my current system over 20 years ago and it's still keeping us comfortable year round!
