So glad to find Ahrens and Condill. They didn't let us wait for days after our air conditioner broke, but went above and beyond to get us on their schedule immediately. Best price by far for the air conditioning unit. Very professional, and did a great job with the installation and the clean up.

They promptly rescued our family after my Weil McClain boiler block failed. Tim helped with the warranty stuff and Shawn and Tom arrived right on time today; and they worked diligently to replace the block -- we had heat again right after lunch! Both guys were kind and courteous to my wife and I. I am very thankful Ahrens & Condill was there when I needed them!

Our furnace was having problems staying on. I was really worried about having to pay for the cost of a new furnace. In came Ahrens & Condill to the rescue! Tim came to our house and explained that only a small part would need replacing and installed it in no time. He was very friendly and courteous and did a really professional job. Ahrens and Condill installed a system in my new home a few months ago. This is just the most recent of many transactions with them (I've used them many times in the past. I've also contracted them for several years to do the annual maintenance of my mother's HVAC system.)

The system works great. The inspector said he was VERY impressed with the quality of the installation and the attention to detail in both the system and the ductwork.

Tim came out after our furnace broke down in this cold snap.Tim was very knowledgeable and so was his crew. Top grade workmanship. Cleaned up after, also doubled checked their work and everyone had a great attitude.

This is the second time we used them for our 20 year old air conditioner. Thankfully they repaired it instead of replacing it. Quick response and wore his mask even though it was scorching out!
