We have used Youngrens since we built our current home 30 years ago. We have our furnace and AC checked every season. They have done repairs and replacements. We have been totally happy with each member of their operation. Always respectful, knowledgeable, takes time to answers any questions, leaves the area that was checked or worked on very clean. I highly recommend them. Kevin came out today to check our AC. My husband had questions about getting our duct work cleaned out because of some remodeling work we did. Kevin took the time to explain the process and its cost.

Youngren's had the furnace we needed in stock. Their price was very good. They scheduled the installation immediately, and installed it the first day I was available to have them do it. I'm very happy with our new furnace and with Youngren's. I highly recommend them.

I called youngrens Saturday because my furnace was not working they came out and said there would be a $95 service charge I said it was okay the guy got here in about 90 min and after 15 minutes he fixed it , it was an ignitor which was great but he charged me $271 for a $30 part so it ended up being $366 with a $95 service charge I asked him why did you charge me so much for a $30 part that's like a 10 x marked up and he told me "well lady if you don't like it I can take it out and leave right now "obviously I said no that's okay you can leave it in and I paid him but I did tell him I would leave a Google review so here it is. I tried posting pics of invoice and part and the screens hot of the part on Amazon for 30 bucks but for some reason can't post pics here.will.try and edit later.

Kevin did a great job servicing our AC units! Repair and replacement options were conveyed. All of my questions were answerd (I ask a lot of questions) and great advise was provided. The AC is now functioning optimally and the cost was competetive. We could not be happier with the service and value we received. Great job, Kevin!!!!

This company is top notch! Reasonably priced, quality installers and customer service that is above and beyond. They installed an A/C and furnace, you would never even know that they were there. Left the work area and my home spotless. I won't use anyone else for my services!

First time using Youngrens heating and cooling and have to say that the service performed by Al was the best and most informative I’ve ever had. Had several issues wrong with my unit and it just wasn’t performing well. When he left my unit is running the best it has ever run. I don’t usually write these type of messages but just had to this time. Highly recommend this business servicing your heating and looking needs needs. Thanks again!!

We have used Youngrens for several years and couldn’t be happier. They are very knowledgeable, courteous and professional. I feel there pricing is fair for the job. I have a maintenance program with them and I know our whole heating and cooling system is well cared for . They are always on time and I always receive a call when they are on their way . Youngren's service whether it's install, maintain, or repair is impeccable. I've used them several times & can honestly say they're prompt, diligent in their work & extremely thorough. They continue to work until whatever they came to do is professionally completed. My repairman (Brad) was totally committed to getting the job done & doing it right.
I would never consider using anyone else to do a/c-heating work at my house.
