We had a gas leak and Tony found the joint with minimal damage to our home. He was knowledgeable and friendly. He was very professional and fixed our problem quickly. The call service was friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend this company!

We have used Buchner for over a decade to keep our furnace and A/C humming along. The old furnace kept going way beyond its years and I attribute that to the regular tune-ups we received from Buchner. When the furnace finally met it’s demise last month, we got a quote-which was fair-for a new Carrier unit. We recognized the techs who came to install it and they were professional, knowledgeable and easy to interact with…it was low stress even though they were at our house for several hours. We knew this day was coming with the old furnace and glad we had an existing relationship with Buchner. We love our unit and feel the difference already. Thank you!

I have used Buchner for many years for both plumbing and HVAC needs. There was a misunderstanding on the service fees this time and Buchner worked with me to make it right. I appreciate that they want to keep me as their long time customer happy.

The tech was on time, courteous, and provided us with the furnace cleaning and inspection. The tech told us the filter needed replacement and marked the size on the report. For the price of the inspection, it would have been nice if he replaced the filter.

However, after I ordered the size on the report, I realized the filter sticks out by an inch which I understand is not ideal for max efficiency, but this depends on where the filter starts/stop, so only cardboard sticking out seems okay.

Overall, we had a good experience and will reach out again if needed.

Woke up with no heat. It was below zero outside and 55° in the house!! Called Buchner heating and cooling and they were able to get here two hours later. Joe the tech diagnosed it right away. He was really pleasant to talk to and answered all my questions. He left to get a new part to replace the broken part and I had heat an hour later!! I recommend them a 100%.

Sean over @ Buchner, along with his Installation Team, were extremely helpful throughout the entire process. The product is great, the proposals are spot on and easy to read, and the entire Team is easy to work with. Sean also helped us with a difficult property, that was not a simple system switch. Most folks would not look at the property, shied away after they saw it, or threw a pretty big price tag on it. Not Sean! Not only did he come back when we were ready, his Team Installed a great looking system that will serve us well for years to come.
