Excellent, prompt, professional quick service in southeast Aurora. Highly recommend.

Removal of clog in kitchen sink system. Serviceman was informative regarding his evolving arrival time. He worked very quickly & neatly. Only negative would be what appears to be the standard charge related to use of machine to clear this clog. This would seem to be a machine standard for plumbers so the charge for use of this machine for less than 15 minutes seemed excessive though I believe usual in the industry. The most important thing when hiring a plumber is trustworthiness & that's what one gets with Buchner's. Two thumbs up!

I replaced my AC, furnace, & water heater. Sean did an outstanding job providing great information for all the different equipment and options. After having several companies in my house I decided to go with Buchner Heating & Air conditioning and I am glad I did. Mike and Mark did an outstanding job during the installation process. Both of them were very professional and went the extra mile to explain to me all the details of the new thermostat. Mike and Mark took the time to answer all my questions in regards to the equipment and its functionality. I am very satisfied with the full process, beginning with Sean and the sales process and ending with the installation with Mike and Mark. I will continue my business with Buchner and will recommend it to any one else.

Buchner was able to rearrange schedules to quickly diagnose our problem and complete the repairs. The original estimate was about $895 for a 5 hour job. After completing the repair, the technician said our circuit board had been damaged sometime between his original diagnosis and his scheduled repair visit(a day later). This resulted in another $700 charge. The techniciian arrived early and completed the entire job in 6 hours. So far four days later, the furnace is working flawlessly.

Brandon was very friendly, efficient, wore mask, and performed a PM in a very professional and thorough way. The service fee was quite reasonable too. Person who set up the appointment in the office was outstanding also. I've been a long-time customer of Buchner and this is why.

I highly recommend Buchner. Sean presented very thorough information on the product and service aligned with the installation of a new heating system. He answered all my questions and followed up with me to see if there were any other questions as I made my decision. The sale is not just about the product but what is the best solution for the customer and the relationship that is built between the customer and Buchner. This is a very customer focused business and even the rebate from Nicor was processed for me. The installers were great. They showed on time as indicated, walked me through the work completed and the use of the new ecobee thermostat. They left my home as it was when they arrived. I am very pleased with my experience, am a customer for life and look forward to a continued partnership.

I absolutely love the service provided by Buchner Heating, AC & Plumbing. They are the maintenance providers for my HVAC system. I take advantage of their Spring and Fall Maintenance Plan. It's always nice to have them come at the beginning of Spring and Fall so I can rest assure I am less likely to have a heating or air conditioning problem later in the year when it's very hot or very cold outside. Everyone who has come to the house has been so nice and professional. I recommend them 10/10!

This was my first time using Buchner’s and I had a great experience getting my water heater replaced. They are super honest, I did not feel like I was being nickel and dimes. My tech, Brendan was very polite and professional. Great experience overall and I will be back!

Great company to work with. Salesperson was non-pressuring and very informative. Scheduling was easy and timely. Installation technicians were friendly, courteous, efficient, and kept everything clean. Very neat installation and great with instructional information post install. Used their services for annual maintenance on the two HVACs in my house. As I expect from Buchner, the technician was very professional and courteous. Extremely patient in answering my questions. Did a thorough checkup of a humidifier water flow without charging anything extra. I trust Buchner for quality. I have always used Buchner for replacing HVAC/AC and have recommended them to my friends.
