Nick & his team were professional, courteous and on time when they came to inspect & install our new AC. Our system died on the Friday of the July 4 weekend, and were the only company to respond on the Saturday. They came in the morning of the 4th ( Monday ), and had everything installed & working by Thursday afternoon. I called Nick because our AC wasn’t working and he got back to me within within an hour to tell me he was sending someone my way. I didn’t expect to get in so quickly. Tyler arrived and did a quick diagnostic of our AC & determined the compressor had gone out. The forecast for the coming week was going to be in the 100’s for multiple days and my family was already struggling in the high 80’s. I did not expect them to do what they did next. Nick called me with my options and we decided to just get a whole new unit. Tyler came inside to tell me that he was going to drive to Spokane TODAY and get our new unit THEN come back and install it. The whole process took Tyler 6 hours from start to finish. Both nick and Tyler worked a long day, well into dinner time, in order to make my family comfortable. Both of them went far beyond any expectations we had for them. Such great service from truly caring people. We will be using them again, we cannot recommend them more!

Nick came out to do some HVAC maintenance on our home. He is absolutely the go to guy in the region. Him and his company are absolute professionals and will give you honest opinions and give above and beyond customer service. I honestly can’t recommend this company enough. If I could give them 10 stars I would.

Pro 1 was great! I only had to call once. They called to confirm, and then they called when they were on their way. They gave me a two hour time slot and hit it - not some all day window where you can't plan anything else in your day. My AC was cooling, but only minimally. I thought that either the compressor was going out or it needed refrigerant, but it turns out it just needed the filters changed and coils cleaned. They could have easily changed out the compressor or added refrigerant to make an extra buck but were honest and got our AC back up to cooling well for minimal cost. They definitely earned our business going forward.

Job was done as specified and on time. Owner (Nick)was courteous and pleasant. Installers were the same. I would definitely use them again.

When I woke up this morning it was 45 in my house. Because it is Saturday I was skeptical if I could get help. I looked online and saw Pro 1 and they were open 24/7. I left a message and within an hour Nick the owner called me. He came over and had it fixed within a half hour. I am a happy camper and love the fact of supporting a family business.
