Comfort Zone Mechanical Heating & Air Conditioning

Scott with Comfort Zone Mechanical installed a heating and air conditioning system at our home. He is a perfectionist and did an excellent job sizing and installing our system. I am a very picky customer and he did an excellent job. He was timely with his install date and was very prompt at the job site. You would make an excellent choice if you chose him and his company to do your work.

Absolutely AMAZING!!! We found each other when a big name vendor dumped on us at the last second on our home build by giving us an obscene bid for a dehumidifier we needed for our pool room. We decided to use Scott and are we happy we did. He is one of the most ethical, hard working people I know and the quality is unbelievable. The duct work looks like it should be on the space shuttle, everything is sealed tight, the mechanical room is incredibly organized, and the house is balanced perfectly. He was also amazing and patient working through an unbelievably bad experience we had with our builder, which constantly blocked Scott from doing work. In the end, we have 3 fabulous systems he did (upstairs, downstairs, and a dehumidification system for our swimspa room.) He did a ton of extra work to make sure we had proper exhaust and fresh air supply to turn over the high humidity in our spa room, and he built all the aluminum duct work we needed to handle the corrosive chlorine air. If you plan to do a dehumidifier, go to Scott (he might hate me for that because our DCA system was tough to install, but maybe check out Poolpak.) What was also cool was when the final inspection happened. The inspector looked in the mechanical room and said "Scott must have done this..." That speaks volumes.

Scott with comfort zone was a huge savior on my project he came on board and designed an absolutely amazing hvac system that works perfectly, he completed everything ahead of schedule and helped with more than his original scope of work, as a local general contractor I was extremely picky on who I hired I interviewed multiple HVAC contractors and he stood out for above the competition. I can honestly give him my highest recommendation not only for the north Idaho region but above all HVAC contractors I have worked with.

Our customer referred us to Comfort Zone Mechanical to replace the entire heating and air conditioning system and we are so happy with the work Scott, the owner did for us. He also added a filter system to provide better air for our customers Scott is on another level when it comes to doing the job correctly and I could just tell he really cares about his customers.
