Dustin has been my heating/AC guy for about 15 years now. The guy even replaced my whole furnace/condensing unit a few years back ... at about 2/3 the cost of the next best bid I got (not sure why I even bothered getting bids to be honest). He also takes care of my elderly neighbor's furnace/AC and does a great job there as well. I really can't recommend him enough... and will continue sending people his way.

Excellent service!! We called Hammons Heating and Air when our AC went out unexpectedly in the nasty summer heat and they were able to come and repair our system the same day. Dustin was extremely straightforward, fair and friendly. We couldn’t recommend enough!

Dusty arranged a service-call in December arriving in less than 48 hours. He trouble-shot the fireplace pilot light, but thought he'd have to replace a part because the fireplace wouldn't stay lit. Then he remembered I'd taken the glass out to clean it and there was a hidden kill switch in the glass rack. He could have played dumb and replaced a part and charged me a lot more. But, no. He charge only the price for a service call. Oh to find a auto-mechanic this honest.

Beyond reasonable and completely professional. I was worried about cost, as most of us are and I called around to see if I could find a good guy for an affordable price. When I called Dustin he explained that while he’s trying to make a living, he isn’t trying to make one off one customer. He said that he has a lower overhead than most so he can charge less but keep his quality and professionalism at the highest. To me that made Hammons the company for me and my family. We have hot water again and we’ll have a heating and air guy for life. Thank you, Dustin for being such a stand up guy!
