    Had my AC for over twelve years and it recently began to operate out of the ordinary. I called the AC shoppe and they immediately sent out a repair man. Come to find because of improper cleaning on my part the filters were clogged. The gentleman cleared the blockage at no charge and it’s functioning exceptionally again. Over 12 years and still this quality customer care—incredible. AC Shoppe is a fantastic local company that still embodies the classic aloha spirit.

    Replaced our old AC quickly and the installers were very friendly, treated my wife with respect, and were also nice to our daughter. They took time to answer my wife's questions. 10/10 would hire again.

    I would give zero stars if i could. I called this morning to schedule an appointment to come out. The person who answered the phone asked me what ac i had, and refused to help me when i said i didnt know. If i knew about home HVAC it would be safe to say i wouldnt be calling. operator on the phone did not seem interested in the business. Will not be calling again. I was put off by the person on the phone, and could not tolerate him long enough to make an appointment. Please use someone else who wants the business

    I AM COMPLETELY APPALLED! I purchased an AC unit for $1300 in Aug and called in Nov to request service. My unit cuts in and I have concerns w/its efficiency to cool a small apartment bedroom.

    Neil YELLED at me, seriously he SCREAMED at me for calling. He first yelled at me because I couldn't read the model number from the tech's handwritten numbers/letters. I informed him I was not an HVAC specialist and request he tone down his inquires as I'm only reading from my very expensive invoice.

    My television was on and echoed during the call - as soon as he made me aware, I muted it; HOWEVER, this was not enough for him. For him, the only apparent solution was to continue LAMENTING me, even after I ask he stop or tell me what I'd done to put him in such a hostile stance. My inquires only lead to additional scolding and him hastily hanging up Again, completely appalled and in disbelief I was just SCREAMED at by this company's "voice" to the public!

    Fron Yelp to Google the only reviews are how unprofessioanl and rude the guy who answers the phone is - WOW!

    I've spent the last 26 yrs in Huamn Resources and this man has ABSOLUTELY ZERO customer service skills, manners or a concept of human decency towards others!

    Gave this company a call (Leeward office) primarily because their advertisement stated, among other things, "God Bless American/ Veteran Owned" (I'm a veteran of 42 years service). Not sure if it was the owner who answered the phone, but whoever answered rudely stated that they only do repairs on units that they installed, which is not what their ad states. So unless you brought it from them, don't waste your time. If you did purchase a unit from them, veteran or not, I hope you was treated with humility.
