Air-O-Smith

I called to inquire for their services, as Air-O-Smith was one of the companies Google listed for HVAC repairs.

The female who had taken my call was EXTREMELY rude and disrespectful. To the best of my ability and knowledge, I've answered each question she had asked. For questions I was unsure of, I shared that I didn't have the answers for. She responded, "My questions are abrupt, as I have to be sure this isn't a robo-call." Then continued with, "Are we the first business you've called? Did you try reaching out to other businesses? Did no one want to help you?" When I mentioned that I was going to hang up as she was being rude, she begun shouting over the phone like a child throwing a tantrum.

Ma'am, if you are having a miserable day or you do not like your position of answering calls, please do not take it out on potential clients. It's bad for business.
