ZERO STAR. THIS COMPANY WILL CHARGE YOU THEN PROVIDE THE LOWEST POWER. WE ENDED UP PAYING DOUBLE. THEM+ HAWAIIAN ELECTRIC. THEY DONT PROVIDE ENOUGH POWER SO WE STILL USING ORDINARY ELECTRIC PROVIDER. TOOK MORE THAN 6 MONTHS TO INSTALL. IF I CAN GIVE THIS COMPANY ZERO STAR I WOULD!!!! THEY LIKE TO JUST GET YOUR MONEY AND WASTE YOUR TIME. WORST!!

Once they got your money, even if they still have stuff to do they'll just stop responding.

Really hard to get a hold of anyone, they promise call backs and no one calls.

The bestest. We have a NEM plus with them and they took care of everything.
