After multiple repairs on a fridge that could not be satisfactorily resolved along almost two years while being covered by a protection plan, finally today we received a new fridge from Sears. While quite unhappy in the past, we are now very satisfied with the replacement.

Very inresponsables waiting a month for a warranty repair. Not the same no more .think twice before you get a appliances at Sears. With warranty and protection plan still have problems with them.

The Sears technician was polite and friendly- no complaint there. We were told it would cost $95.00 for the visit and assessment- no problem. A vent was frozen closed on the refrigerator side . He asked if we wanted him to thaw it. We said yes. Then when finished 30 mins. later he informed us the total cost was $240.50-$142.00 TO THAW A DUCT??!! You have to be kidding me! That is an outrage!! He could have told us in advance what the charge would be - In which case, I would have done it myself!
It will be a VERY long time before I think about another Sears service call!!!

Sears repair service is awesome! I scheduled an appointment on line, they came exactly when they said they would...and the technician was skilled, efficient, informative and kind. He repaired my washer, showed me what was wrong first and explained what had happened. I cant be more pleased with this service!

I got charged twice for the same repair. The tech had problems processing the charge awith his device and kept running my credit card. About 30 mins after he left I checked my account and the charge showed up twice. I
immediately called him back and he never answered.

Sept 29th service?????They never showed up or ever called to reschedule. I called customer service asking and the rep. told me he was sending a message to the technician.......NEVER heard a Word from them and waisted a full day waiting.....I will never buy anything from Sears again. Rating is 0 in customer service.

After waiting for 2 weeks to repair my refrigerarator,I almost called DACO
to see It some one help me. I never a got this problem with you guy but what
can I do, something happen nobody is perfect. But you guys supposed to be contact with me a that problems. But thanks anyway, everything it done.

Technician could not repair freezer because he had no parts with him. Still not functioning since March, Sears paying for a rental unit since April 8. Sears refuses to replace unit. No fault of the Sears technicians.

The parts never arrived and the technician never came to repair my refrigerator. I have to cancel the the repair service petition. I had to pay to a technician to repair my refrigerator.
