Good Service but to make an appointment they do not make time appointment it's from 8:00am to 5:00p.m. . I made the first appointment then at 4:00p.m. they canceled my appointment. I day wasted.

Watched the repairman trouble shoot and found his technique professional and logical to his approach. We were lucky that by unplugging and plugging back in seam to have fixed the problem. No parts needed.

We were able to get repair service the next day, and when a part was needed, we had to repair within a week. This is much better timeline the most repair services in Puerto Rico.

* The technicians were great! However, the process of getting two technicians scheduled to go to the house from Sears was the worse part of getting my service. I was bounced about five times on the phone because one department does not do warranty service and the other department does not do no-warranty. This process was very stressful and confusing. I was on the phone for about 1:15 minutes. I will get this process a 1/2 start!!

The technician was excellent, but the price of over $440 to replace a $25 part that took less than an hour was really excessive. We didn't have much choice...we needed our fridge fixed and fixed quickly. We wound up throwing out hundreds of dollars worth of food because it took several days for the technician to arrive. Also, it wasn't Sears Repair that did the service, it was some local company subcontracted to Sears. Sears may not exist any longer.

This time they came next day I called and the gentlemen was very educated and polite, he resolved the issues very quickly and had the parts needed to repair my fridge in the same visit. My fridge was fixed in no time. He also explain the solution to the problem and how to avoid it in the future.

Cons.
If you have no guarantee is very expensive.
