Very Satisfied. I was looking for a smaller company with employee that had been with the company for awhile. I visited Speir Heating and Air, spoke to Courtney in the office and Rick Speir, owner. They sent a tech (Miguel - very professional, knowledgeable, and Customer Focused) right away to verify the problem, they provided a quote, and was able to do the installation the next day. Very personable and knowledgeable office staff and techs. Hopefully, this will be a long relationship that I can depend on servicing my Heating and Air.

Spears heating and air put in a complete new system ducts included 4 years ago we are super pleased with their aftercare with us we've needed no service but we keep up the maintenance contract. We've come to know everyone in the office. The secretary help me out during a fire we came up with a solution. The fire department wanted the air conditioner off. Spears help me do that I had no idea what to do. It was nice to have a calming voice on the other end of the line after the fire department left and the air conditioner was still pumping fire extinguisher missed. I feel comfortable calling them any time of the day or night. If it is needed which it has not been. Our AC is absolutely wonderful.

Speir Heating and Air is a wonderful company. Yesterday my outside unit died, and I needed someone to fix it quickly. I called five other companies that couldn’t help me until the next day, it was defeating. When I called Speir Heating and Air the owner said that he could have someone out in two hours. I asked how is that possible when no else could help so soon. He explained that they work call-ins between appointments. The technician came out and promptly assessed the problem. To save time he had someone meet him halfway between our house and the shop to get the necessary part needed to fix our unit. The appointment took less than one-hour. I am truly grateful for the fast, yet quality service our family received. I will continue to use their services, as well as recommend them to all my friends and family.

We recently had Speir Heating and Air replace our A/C and heating unit and we are very happy with the work they did and the price was very fair. We had an assessment and estimates from three different companies before choosing Speir. We highly recommend this company for their professionalism, honesty, quality of work and fairness in price.

I had Mr Speir come by a couple of times for a quote on replacing my duct work. He was always friendly and patient and answered all the questions we had. It was a significant investment and lots of questions. To the point I was almost embarrassed. He always got back with me and made me comfortable. They did an awesome job!!! I can actually feel my ac blowing now and reduced my electric bill by a bunch. Recently I had a problem with the ac and called them back out. They came quick, identified the problem and fixed it at a reasonable price. I would definitely recommend them and would caution you from calling anyone else. Honest,hard working people. What more can you ask??

Tech made special arrangements to come fix our AC after his full day. We are especially grateful.

My husband and I have been fans & customers of Speir Heating & Air for 14 years. Today, my mom also became a satisfied customer! Her heat pump was not working properly. The technician, Clay, assessed the need and quickly had it resolved. He was on time, knowledgeable, and explained the issue to my mom in a patient and clear manner. I appreciate having a dependable service company that I can trust with my family's needs. Thanks!

Clayton did a thorough job diagnosing the problem with my air conditioner and installed new thermostats complimentary with the service call. He even took care to wear booties showing that the company values presenting a polite and clean service. The company worked with my schedule and promptly had a replacement part for my problem ordered and installed within a day of diagnosis. I recommend this company and will definitely call again for future
services.

Update: I recently used Spier again due to some odd noises coming from the A/C unit outside. (Oct 19). I was very pleased that Clayton was my technician again. He quickly diagnosed the problem and fixed what he could on the spot. Spier quickly called to schedule the remaining repairs and Clayton finished the work an hour ahead of schedule. I appreciated his timeliness and professional courtesies. He also did what he could to make the repairs more cost effective which was amazing. Thank you! My go-to A/C company!

I am a new home owner and the vents in 3 rooms at one end of the house were deliver practically no cool air. Speir Heating and Air came out, did a thorough inspection and I had a fair estimate within an hour that was well below the estimate from the pink van guys. I was able to schedule a repair service quickly and the team arrived on time and in force. They sealed around all the vents inside the home, removed damaged and incorrectly installed ducts, and replaced all the undersized and improperly installed ducts. They even noticed the remaining ducts were not properly sealed so corrected that while in the attic at no extra charge. The crew was fast, efficient, and courteous. I would recommend Speirs Heating and Air to everyone!
