We called Speir on Sunday morning when we awoke to our air conditioning not working. A technician answered promptly and was at our home within a reasonable period of time. He discovered that our old system (which was 15 years old) had a leak in the coil. We elected to install a complete new Carrier Infinity Series heat pump in our home. Mr. Speir prepped us a quote on Sunday and called to review our options with us. He personally arrived at our home early on Monday morning to see if we had any questions. The installation crew was prompt, courteous, and professional. Our new system was installed by the end of the day that same day and our home was at a comfortable temperature within a few hours!

They came within 4 hours of our call. The technician was professional as well as informative and courteous. The cost to repair included service call, parts, Freon and taxes and was only $200+ and compared to others I got a phone quote from it was about the lowest cost. Thank you for your prompt courteous call and beating most of the others by close to $50. And by beating your projected time by 3 hours and the other repair contractors by 30 hours.

They get the job done and done right. Air conditioner went out at my business and I knew what was wrong with but didn't say nothing to the tech who by the way was early than quoted time which was great.
Tech went back and looked it over and sure enough he came back and told me what I knew already and didn't try to add anything else to repair order.
He also said he had to order the part and next day he was right back in the morning to repair it.
Great trustworthy business to deal with and i highly recommend them.

Speir Heating & Air is my savior. Our outside unit lost a motor and was making a horrific sound! I called Speir Heating & Air before 8:00 in the morning. Karen quickly returned my call and Seth was at my home by 9:00 am. Thanks to Seth my unit was back up and running by 11:00 am. I couldn't believe how responsive they were to my emergency, especially that early in the morning. Very impressive service, I will definitely be using them in the future!
