Fulton Services is now my go-to plumbing company. TJ, the plumber who came to my house, was very professional, very thorough, and very respectful of me and all my household needs. He took the time to answer all my questions and address all my concerns. I was very impressed. I would highly recommend TJ and Fulton Services to anyone who needs plumbing services.

I highly recommend this company. The technician was incredible. Stephen explained everything he was doing and spent his time making sure he was thorough. We've been having AC issues, another company installed an evap coil in June, and didn't complete the job correctly. Stephen was able to find the problem immediately. I was so happy to see T.J. and Steven at my house this morning; we had a backed up drain line and T.J. was here by 7 a.m. Monday morning to get it sorted out. They managed to clear the drain completely, get cleaned up, and head out in just over 4 hours. We used Fulton last year to replace our main drain from the house to the street and I would not hesitate to say that they are the only people we'll call from now on. Thank you so, so much!

I called Fulton Services on a Friday night at about 8:30. I had water leaking from the attic area where my tankless water heater was located. It did not look pretty. The woman who answered the phone at Fulton Services suggested I shut off the water to my house to prevent further damage. Ricky called at 7:20 AM on Saturday morning - he was on his way.

He handled everything wonderfully. I could not have been more pleased.

Had two faucets that were leaking in my home. The technician that came out to our home was professional and courteous. Upon arrival he went straight to work and diagnosed the problem and replaced the leaky cartridges. Now they are working fine.

Fast service and friendly staff but an absolute rip off. I was charged $60 for them to drive two miles and give me an estimate. That $60 is usually $80 which they acted like they did me a favor for charging less. Upon arrival... I was quoted $450 to fix my toilet alone. To install
a kitchen sink, update shower hardware and fix my toilet was $1400. Massive price gouging. For $450 I could buy 3 toilets at Home Depot. Again, the staff was nice but don’t waste your time or money.

Stephen M... has been to our house for the annual Air Conditioner inspection and service in the past. He was prompt and courteous. He was neatly dressed and responsive to all my inquiries. Because of recent surgery on my foot I was unable to accompany him. He knew where our 4 units were located and spent 2 hours inspecting and servicing them and gave me a full report on what he found. He was very efficient and friendly and enjoyable to work with.

We have been using Fulton Services for over 30 years. They have always been very professional and efficient in servicing our HVAC units. They have provided proper maintenance to allow us to receive longer life of the HVAC units that we have. The technicians are always very courteous and helpful.

They were timely and professional although very pricey. It cost me over $400 to have a wax ring replaced on a leaky toilet. The technician was here for about 30 minutes.

I had a clogged ca ode. They sent someone out. He plunged it ad it was fixed. $89 house call. I had a drippy shower. He said it was not to bad for the cost. A few weeks later the leak got worse. I called them again. He replaced the washers and spring. It did not leak at the moment. I did not turn the faucet on to check myself. The cost for a tub and shower washer replacement was $325 the $89 house call was included.He was here an hour and the first time I turned the shower on the drip was worse. I would not recommend this company.
