We had a plumbing issue at our house yesterday, and I was pleased with how quickly Fulton Services was able to address the issue. Within a few hours of placing my phone call, Douglas came out to our house and could not have been more professional or helpful. He was very empathetic of our situation and was able to correct the issue during his visit. Douglas saved the day, and we could not have been happier! Thank you!

After being able to get a plumber out within 24 hours of calling, Ricky arrived and assessed the problem in short order. He got the leak fixed, showed me what had caused the leak, cleaned up and was done in about two hours. I am so pleased to have Fulton Services at the other end of the line when I have a problem.

A second leak was due to an A/C problem and Stephen arrived about six hours after calling in the request for service. He found the problem, offered a solution to fix it, and got it completed fast. Nicely done and much appreciated.

I hired Fulton Services to repair a pipe that had been installed incorrectly.

I had requested that any plumbers entering my home wear a mask. One of the men obliged but the other 4 did not.

They had also brought a young teen along with them (I’m assuming it was one of their children.)

I will not be using their services again and I wouldn’t recommend you do either.

So trustworthy! I had gas leak and have a home warranty. The home warranty company sent out a company that had no idea how to find my leaks with the gas off. I called Fulton Services and they sent TJ and Chris who were amazing! They found my leaks and gave me a quote to fix it. I was still going to try to get the warranty company to pay for it. Long story short they sent out two companies that I wouldn't trust to work on gas lines. I took the "cash out" option, which meant I could use the money for any company to do the repairs and I chose Fulton Services! I'm so glad I did. Don't screw around when it comes to gas leaks. Go with a company you can trust!

My experience with Fulton Services started with the helpful young lady who answered my call. I was a bit frustrated and anxious to get a problem with my hot water heater solved before leaving Atlanta. She promised a next day visit from a service tech. As promised, I received a call from Chris, at the time specified. He came in, asked about the problem, and proceeded to explain each diagnostic performed. He patiently answered all questions. He was generous enough to explain how another plumbing issue was affecting the water heater. Chris was friendly, pleasant, & allowed me time to make decisions that would support the resolution of my ‘water heater’ problem. Needless to say I’m a very happy camper, and have already made a referral! Thank you Fulton Services!

Scotty, Steve, and the whole crew at Fulton Services did a fabulous job from start to finish on replacing our sewer service line. They were on time, courteous, explained each step, and finished on budget. Steve lead our project and we were extremely pleased with his work. We have used Fulton Services for our plumbing needs for years and wouldn't think of using anyone else.

They are over priced and were not thorough in what I requested. They charged me over $400 between $60 for a service call that they said should have been $80, labor and a piece of hardware on the tub. When he fixed the leak, I asked him to check the rest of the area nearby because there were water marks on the ceiling. 4 months later(last week), mold formed on my ceiling due to a very slow leak and they said the new leak would be an additional $711. They referred me to the manager for better pricing and he said there was nothing additionally he could do. I have a company coming out tomorrow to fix the leak for only $300. I will never use Fulton Services again!

Douglas performed our annual maintenance inspection and took the time to educate us on how to insure well-draining sinks as well as how to avoid plumbing problems while we're away. He provided excellent service and client training. And retroactively, we want to say thank you to Steve and Ricky for the super plumbing repairs they've performed for us in the past. Great work!

Stephen did an excellent job in identifying our plumbing issues and resolving them. I have even referred two friends to Fulton Services and mentioned Stephen in particular. He was knowledgeable and after doing the repair, he cleaned up the area.

Tim Bishop usually services our home and as usual, he arrived on time and was very prompt and efficient. We have used Fulton Services for years and would never want to change. They do outstanding work and clean up afterward. Also, the price is always known ahead of time - there are no surprises!
