Our lives have been upside down for 3 weeks and I thoroughly regret calling this guy. Our AC could not keep up with the heat. We called him and he said he would be out the next day to look at it. The next day was raining on and off so he put us off another day. The following day he was short handed due to another technicians family emergency.

We are patient and understanding so we waited. The third day again it was raining on and off. Finally the fourth day he made it over in between the showers. Told us we had a freon leak in the coil. Since it's under warranty he could get the part from the manufacturer but it would take two days to be delivered. Day five he said he ordered it. It didn't ship for 2 more days. Should be here tues or Wednesday, I'll install it Wednesday or Thursday. It didn't arrive until Friday and he came out to install it today, Monday.

As they began the work, they hooked up the gauges and discovered the unit is actually full of freon. There is no leak. " Must be the duct work and we don't do that". He did not actually assess our unit 2.5 weeks ago when he said he did. This is a huge integrity problem and a disservice to our community. I want the community to be aware.

We have been without AC for 3 weeks. We lived in a camper without hot water or stove waiting for this man. The AC in the camper broke as well. We then installed a window unit in our master bedroom, moved our camping gear in and all lived in the one room. We cannot cook in the house because it's 95-100 degrees in here. We have had to rely on fast food and family for our meals. I caught bronchitis from living in the camper. This has been a miserable 3 weeks for our family. It could have all been addressed 2.5 weeks ago if this man had been honest.
